This traditional wooden house is an island retreat with 500m of Saimaa lake shoreline. Nearest neighbour 300m. Main building has 3 fireplaces, 2 bedrooms, modern kitchen, 2 living rooms and a bathroom. Sauna and guest house with additional 2 bedrooms are in separate buildings. Rowing boat with small motor and travel to/from island (700m) at start and end are included. Extras: Bedlinen & towels 20e pp. Bigger motor boat 50e daily + fuel. Box of wood per three days of stay included, extras 15e.

Private cottage by a lake

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin with a private beach. The cabin is recently renovated and offers comfortable stay for up to 8 people. This nearly hundred years old log building breathes history and simplicity, but has been updated to suit the needs of a comfort lover, including wifi, dishwasher and an AC. The property is very private with no neighbours in sight. You'll enjoy wood heated sauna, a big deck over deep waters and a shallow sand beach for the little ones.

Enjoyable 2-bedroom Villa with Indoor Fireplace

The villa is located on a beautiful peninsula with a rugged attraction and the serene beauty of the surrounding lake landscape. This place has its own beach. The closest neighbour is 50-60 m far, on one side there are huge natural stones blocking the view for the neighbour, on the other side there's a peninsula belonging to the same owner's property and thus there are no neighbours on that side (only a beach, rocks and forest). Any other buildings are about 200 m far (forest between).

Beautiful home on the shores of Malonen-Saimaa. The place is very quiet and the lake has a good opportunity to see the Saimaa ringed seal. The ringed seal lives in the surrounding area. The lake has good fishing opportunities. In sunny weather, the sun shines all day. The village shop is about 4 km away and the distance to the center of Sulkava is about 24 km.
