Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Milpitas

We stayed here for a week and had such an amazing time! The check in process was so easy and Manohar & Monali were very communicative. The place itself is exactly as listed and it's very clean. My family really loved the huuugee TV and the fireplace in the backyard was such a nice touch especially in this chilly weather. The kitchen is pretty complete with everything we needed and the location is strategic. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in Santa Clara.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Our group of 10 felt right at home, and the entire house was spotless upon our arrival. The check-in process was seamless, which made things so easy for us. There were plenty of towels for our entire family. The only bathroom that had shampoo was the downstairs bathroom, but we had brought shampoo with us from home. The location was fantastic – just 5 minutes away from a local Target, Marshalls, Sprouts, and several other stores. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

From booking to check-in/out Mafileo was always responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Our house is undergoing renovations so we were looking for a 'second home' during this time and that's exactly what we received!!! The kitchen is beautiful with a nice big fridge, and the living room so comfy for us and our three pups and cat; even they all felt at home. The backyard is nice and large for the dogs to get their exercise as well. Oh! Super comfy beds as well. We all slept great. We can't wait to return here to our 'home away from home' in January while we wait for our house to be finished. Thank you so much, Mafileo!

Perfect place for my kids and family. We had four adults and two kids and plenty more room! Place felt cozy and we really enjoyed our stay. Blocks away from Costco and the mall including lots of places to eat. Only a few minutes from major parks and things to do. Jiayi was incredibly accommodating and very kind.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this Airbnb property. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. They were quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The house itself was immaculate. It was clean, well- maintained, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made preparing meals a breeze. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable , which was a huge plus along with the sun room which we used as our office. I thoroughly enjoyed the unique charm of the house and the surrounding area.

Sharon was a fantastic host. Extremely responsive and pretty quickly. I would use her again! The place was super cute inside. Had everything we needed. Was very close to downtown - walkable. Also easy to walk to Starbucks and grocery store. It is central to most of the peninsula side of the Bay Area. We would stay here again.

We had to extend our stay and Lili was more than accommodating. MAHALO!!! The rental exactly as shown; clean, lots of space, large kitchen & dining area with a cozy living room. Bedrooms; all are nicely sized. Beds are a little "tall" (we are petite people), but it's def comfy. Bathrooms; both are nicely sized. Shower is great for those with accessibility issues. The tub; a little "tall" but lots of room. Water pressure (important); ON POINT! Hot water; responsive. Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher; great to have all three available. Kitchen; basic items available. Enough to get you by. Parking; room for one vehicle in driveway with some street parking available. Neighborhood; quiet, safe. Husband went running every day. Lots of restaurants, and businesses within walking distance. 15 minutes away from Stanford Medical, which is the reason why we were there. CATS - If you are allergic, be aware. Neighborhood cats hang out on the property. Not much you can do. REPEAT STAY for sure.

This place was a wonderful house to stay in! It felt just like home away from home. There was a little sign for us when we first arrived and ingredients for us to cook breakfast for our first morning including farm fresh eggs! Our babies loved the vacation getaway and we even got to have our fur babies with us. Don and Lori went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Definitely would stay again. My parents came to visit me and my girlfriend. We stayed at Nan's house for around 10 days. We had a great time here. Definitely recommend it if you travel with your family.

The stay was very peaceful and worth every penny. There was lots to do around the area and the place felt like home. The host are very nice and responsive. I look forwards to staying there again when I go back to San Jose

Great place! I'll be back. Traveled with 4 of us (2 couples), had a great time. Apt had everything (soaps, bags, etc) and beds and pillows a plus. Easy parking, lovely neighborhood. Great value. Thank you for a wonderful 10 days!

Kylee’s flat is located in a very nice area and is filled with light. She was always very responsive. Fantastic experience!

Our weekend stay was great! firstly instructions to get inside the home + garage were clear, perfect. The home itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We loved all the natural sunlight and my girlfriend was a big fan of the coordinated bedding haha. In our opinion there were no flaws with the home, maybe that the only tv is in the living room but the mattress are so comfortable that’ll alls you’ll want to do in the bedrooms is sleep! (extremely comfortable!!) The host’s were also great!They were always available if we had any questions about anything and responses didn’t take long at all. Great stay 10/10

The crib and high chair were incredibly helpful and meant I didn't have to bring our travel versions with us. Rainee was a very responsive host, the heat works extremely well, fully stocked kitchen items for what I needed. Parking off street was very convenient and necessary. Walking distance to 7-11 and not too far from restaurants or freeway access if needed.

Gary and Dagmar’s AirBnb is how a Bed and Breakfast used before there was AirBnB. The location is stunningly beautiful. Day or night. Winter or Summer. The hosts are super friendly and live on site in case you need anything. Close by but you have your own privacy. Gary was even nice enough to give us a nighttime tour of his Observatory for photographing the night sky. Dagmar checked in on us as we huddled watching the sunset around the propane fire pit overlooking the city. Incredible. We were even able to use the diving board and test the January temperature of the pool. Brrrrr! Awakening! Wouldn’t be surprised if Gary and Dagmar’s place appears in the next edition of The Hitchhikers Guide to the Universe. What a great find! Definitely staying here again.

If I could give a rating of 6 stars, I would. This is my go-place when I have to be in the Bay Area.....if it is available. Peaceful is amazing to work with. It has a great location, gated parking, very comfortable bed and more

We've traveled many times to SJC to visit grandkids. This studio apartment exceeded every brand hotel & extended stay place we've stayed at in the past. Was surprised to see Eugene's listing at Santana Row for the price. Besides the exceptional location to Santana Row (on site) & Valley Fair, the accomodations were super comfortable, spotless, well equipped, and safe. Also convenient to other SJC offerings. Eugene was very communicative before & during our visit. We will make this our to go property in the future.

Marcie is a great host! This was our second time staying here. Very convenient and comfortable for what we needed while visiting Palo Alto.

Christine's place was perfect! Just the right size for two couples, great views, super clean, directions easy to follow, parking easy, and the extras in the kitchen were much appreciated. Furthermore, Christine went above and beyond when we had a little request. Super host, super home!

Mayela is an outstanding host - extremely responsive and always replies to messages instantly. She hosted us at a cozy 2 bedroom condo and it was perfect for our longer stay until we waited for the house renovations to finish. The condo comes completely furnished with a fully stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer combo which was convenient. This is a great place to stay - very close to Walmart and Costco and a bunch of great restaurants in walking distance.

Joann's place was perfect for my mother-in-law! We live in the same community so my mother-in-law was able to walk to our unit easily and she loves the landscaping of our community so it was a treat for her to walk through it every day. On top of that, Joann's place was more updated and nicer than ours so she felt very pampered. :P My mother-in-law kept calling it the penthouse suite so it was a great success. If possible, we would book it for every one of her visits!
