Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Milpitas

This house was even better than advertised and fully equipped with extras. Incredible kitchen, nice great room and private bedrooms and bathrooms galore.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was peaceful and located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with beautiful views. One of the biggest highlights was how welcoming they were to our pups. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent; they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

ATTENTIVE HOST is an under statement. When we arrived we had a few questions and Diego was right there to get things resolved. HOME AWAY FROM home is a perfect description of this place. Everything we needed to be totally comfortable - even a fully stocked spice rack :-)This is our second stay with Diego and we WILL BE BACK.

Perfect set-up for a family get together. Loved the rain shower and Toto toilet. Beds comfortable, lots of pillows to choose from, and a nice outdoor area. We would rebook for our family.

Came to the Bay Area for my sister surgery down at good Samaritan . Which was only five minutes away. This house was perfect for 3 adults. all bed are comfortable and the fact that they were king size beds all three was a plus. House was super clean and looked like the pictures. It's a corner house next to a main Street so I appreciate the fact that they had earplugs if you're a light sleeper. We will be back.

Exceptional Hospitality at The Blue Door Castro Valley! I had the absolute pleasure of staying at The Blue Door Castro Valley, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! Our host provided top-notch hospitality, making us feel welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. The communication was seamless, with prompt replies to all our queries. The apartment was immaculately clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, including all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Plus, having access to a washer and dryer was a huge bonus! What truly made our stay stand out, however, was the exceptional value for the price. Our host has struck the perfect balance between affordability and quality. If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Castro Valley, look no further than The Blue Door! We can't recommend it (and our wonderful host) highly enough!

This place was a wonderful house to stay in! It felt just like home away from home. There was a little sign for us when we first arrived and ingredients for us to cook breakfast for our first morning including farm fresh eggs! Our babies loved the vacation getaway and we even got to have our fur babies with us. Don and Lori went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Definitely would stay again. We have stayed at Ashley’s place multiple times now. Let me say Ashley is a very thoughtful host, her place is clean and comfortable and the pictures are exactly what you get. Definitely a must stay!

Reasonable, had all accommodations, responded to any problems and check in n outs

Christine’s place is located in a quiet neighborhood but walkable to grocery stores, coffee shop and some restaurants. Christine’s place is very cozy , beds are very comfortable , and kitchen is well equipped , would stay here again.

Very convenient apartments for our work retreat. We rented 5 apartments from the same host. So nice to have our team all in one building but each with their own bedroom. Much cheaper than hotels with kitchens to be able to share meals.

Great place to stay in Palo Alto!

Larry was a helpful and friendly host! The house is well-equipped with everything you might need, particularly boasting a fantastic kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, located just a few blocks from Stanford and conveniently close to a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and the Caltrain station—all within a short walk.

Rainee's place was exactly as described. My co-worker and I stayed here for a few nights during a work trip. Parking in the gated area was great, but finding a spot on the street was difficult after 6pm. We didn't use the kitchen but it was well-equipped and nice to have. The beds were comfortable and cozy. We had some issues with the heat during a cold spell in the area but Rainee responded fast with solutions. Would definitely stay again if I'm back there for work.

Gary and Dagmar’s AirBnb is how a Bed and Breakfast used before there was AirBnB. The location is stunningly beautiful. Day or night. Winter or Summer. The hosts are super friendly and live on site in case you need anything. Close by but you have your own privacy. Gary was even nice enough to give us a nighttime tour of his Observatory for photographing the night sky. Dagmar checked in on us as we huddled watching the sunset around the propane fire pit overlooking the city. Incredible. We were even able to use the diving board and test the January temperature of the pool. Brrrrr! Awakening! Wouldn’t be surprised if Gary and Dagmar’s place appears in the next edition of The Hitchhikers Guide to the Universe. What a great find! Definitely staying here again.

This was a terrific apartment for our group. My colleagues and I had separate bedrooms but also a nice common area for eating and reading. I appreciated all the care the host had clearly taken in designing the space to be functional— there are plenty of charging stations for everyone’s devices, and three different desks for working. The kitchen was very spacious and had every convenience. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the hallway, and it even had laundry detergent ready to use (though with the dryer it was hard to tell where the lint trap was for emptying the lint — we found it!). The self check-in was easy and worked perfectly every time. There is plenty of free parking on the street, and also lots of cafes and restaurants just a few blocks away if you want to walk. It’s a great neighborhood for walking, and very close to the university. I would definitely stay here again.

Monica‘s place is cozy and convenient. I stayed there for almost 3 weeks with my toddler. It’s a perfect location if somebody wants to be in the Peninsula as it is very close to the 101 freeway. It is also very close to Redwood City’s restaurant and café scene. If you’re looking for playgrounds for kids, then there are a ton around. I had a bit of a struggle at check in as well as checkout, but that was mostly my fault or just bad luck. The only thing that I wish was different was the price of electricity in the apartment. Monica is very right in pointing out how expensive it is and asking the guests to limit their usage of heating/cooling. But being home all day with a toddler who refuses to wear socks or shoes and needs diaper change at random times, keeping the heat off was a bit of a challenge for me. I also personally like to be a bit toasty instead of chilly so. But that is just me. Overall, I recommend Monica‘s place.

Great host- from the time we booked the Airbnb until the time we signed out (and after), Kwesi was always available, and genuinely interested in how we were doing G, what else we might need, etc. Great place- clean, quiet, beautiful, nice location.

Noel’s always responsive and friendly during our stay. The house is exactly the one you see on the pictures. Check-in and check-out are also easy to process. Furthermore, it’s a quiet neighborhood which you can get great rest here. Recommend to stay if it is available!

Good host. Great location and beautiful decor

Henrick was a very responsive and communicative host. When I mentioned it'd be great to have some extra blankets/TP/etc., he responded very quickly and had those items to me ASAP. The place was very comfortable and perfect for my 2 week stay in the area for work. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils/pots/pans/etc. Henrick included all the amenities I needed, including detergent for laundry, towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, etc. Wi-fi was also great and perfect for the days I worked remotely from the apartment, and having A/C in both rooms kept the place very comfortable. The location was great as I was commuting to my office in Palo Alto. I'll be recommending this listing to my coworkers who come for extended stays, and I look forward to staying again in the future!

Joann's place was perfect for my mother-in-law! We live in the same community so my mother-in-law was able to walk to our unit easily and she loves the landscaping of our community so it was a treat for her to walk through it every day. On top of that, Joann's place was more updated and nicer than ours so she felt very pampered. :P My mother-in-law kept calling it the penthouse suite so it was a great success. If possible, we would book it for every one of her visits!

It was exactly as listed. Great location for us. Very nice top floor unit. Ivan was very responsive. Really nice.
