Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Milpitas

We stayed for a month with my family and we had a great stay. The house is very spacious and baby friendly, with lots of space in each bedroom and a huge living room to hang out with friends and family. I also like the layout of the home as each bedroom has its own separate hallway, which gives more privacy to each guest. Antoni is a great host, very responsive and friendly. We will stay again next time when we visit the area. thank you.

The weather was wet and dreary while we were in the SF Bay Area, but Lisa’s beach house has a lot of amenities (cards, puzzles, games) that kept us busy while in doors. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook our favorite meals. It was home away from home!

Kit's property was the perfect respite for us when visiting family in Alameda. Close to the water in a nice neighborhood with an adorable backyard for lounging. Would highly recommend.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was peaceful and located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with beautiful views. One of the biggest highlights was how welcoming they were to our pups. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent; they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. It was impeccably clean, exactly as advertised, and featured beautiful landscaping that added to its charm. We particularly enjoyed picking fresh oranges from the on-site orange tree—a delightful touch. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the variety of neck pillows provided ensured a restful sleep. The inclusion of bidet toilets added a level of convenience and hygiene that we greatly appreciated. Our host, Zepelin was outstanding. He responded to our inquiries within minutes and went the extra mile to make our stay special. We truly appreciate his dedication and hospitality. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-appointed stay.

Rainee’s home was very comfortable. Such a beautiful, cozy place to stay in — very quiet and peaceful area. Host was also very friendly, understanding and responsive. We definitely enjoyed our stay, and would gladly return.

We had a fantastic stay at Sheilah’s place. It had everything the two of us needed for a very comfortable one week stay. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies including coffee, tea, oil and vinegar and a variety of spices. The location was great: we could walk to a variety of restaurants, two major grocery stores and to Walgreens. It was easy to use public transportation from her place to get into San Francisco. Sheilah was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her Airbnb and we hope to stay there again in the future.

This is one of the most beautiful properties you could ever stay at. Peaceful, serene, and beautifully maintained. It is two thousand feet up and the views are spectacular. The hosts were very responsive and proactive and made me feel right at home and are the most kind people that has ever hosted me. I have found my new place to stay when working in San Jose.

Our 2nd booking with this listing. It meets all expectations. Very clean. Anything needed for our stay was available. A well stocked kitchen was perfect for our meal preps. The super hosts have a generous welcome basket that was wonderful for our later arrival quick snacks. The hosts, Stanley and Virginia, are quick responders to any of our inquiries.

Gigi’s place was exactly what we needed for this big family visit to Alameda. The location is unbeatable, close to the everything Alameda has to offer. Gigi was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the Bay Area.

I recently stayed at Hanna’s apartment in San Jose and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit. The kitchen was equipped with nice-quality dishes, making it a pleasure to prepare meals during my stay. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring I got a good night’s sleep each night. My only minor critique would be that the bath towels felt a bit rough—perhaps a softer set could elevate the experience further. The location was ideal, in a quiet area just about a mile from the San Jose Convention Center, making it convenient yet peaceful. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at Hanna’s and would happily recommend it to others visiting the area!

We had a very pleasant stay (although short) at April’s property. The team provided very clear check-in and check-out instructions. Property was same as pictures and as described. Would love to book same property again in the future.

We stayed at this Santana Row Airbnb for a weekend. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Santana Row. There were 5 of us spread between the three bedrooms. So nice to have two en suite bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom with a bath just down the hall on the first floor. It worked perfectly for our group. The accommodation had everything we needed. Check-in was explained in detail which made it very easy. Highly recommend this accommodation and we will be back!

Henrick was a very responsive and communicative host. When I mentioned it'd be great to have some extra blankets/TP/etc., he responded very quickly and had those items to me ASAP. The place was very comfortable and perfect for my 2 week stay in the area for work. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils/pots/pans/etc. Henrick included all the amenities I needed, including detergent for laundry, towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, etc. Wi-fi was also great and perfect for the days I worked remotely from the apartment, and having A/C in both rooms kept the place very comfortable. The location was great as I was commuting to my office in Palo Alto. I'll be recommending this listing to my coworkers who come for extended stays, and I look forward to staying again in the future!
