Barbara and MauMau were great hosts! the área is really nice and close to the beach. She always communicated with us and answered all our questions. I defenitely recommend this place

Perfect location and very nice apartment, with fresh high-quality linens and towels. It is fully-priced and has some nice amenities, but in other ways does need some attention, esp. at the price. The TV was effectively non-functional — host said he would replace it but that wasn't going to help me. The kitchen is also outdated with a partially broken faucet and both too much clutter and yet some odd omissions: normal enough for a vacation rental, but for the price these should be taken care of. Harry is however a lovely gentleman and you will not regret the location.

I was very pleased with my three week say, at David's place. The building is well maintained, clean, and secure. Felt safe. I see the effort that was made, to make this a good place to stay. Well furnished. Full size TV, and fridge. Fully stocked kitchen, with gas stove, pots and pans, dishes, ect. Full size comfortable bed. Secure parking under the building. Best with a small car. We would 100% book this home again! Very walkable to downtown Santa Monica and so many great restaurants and shops near by. The home was as described, very clean, extremely comfortable, and felt like our little home away from home.

We were 2 families that came to Cali for our son's to play high school lacrosse and this location was absolutely perfect! The condo/apt is an end unit that is both clean and spacious. The bathrooms were huge! We enjoyed the Melrose Place courtyard. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities necessary to enjoy some late night drinks and snacks. We absolutely loved our stay at Elena’s place. It was above and beyond what we expected and is perfect for families and is SO close to the beach. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms and linens are super clean. We are pretty picky and needed a place to stay during the horrible LA fires. Elena is the loveliest host and we felt right at home. We look forward to our next stay!! Thank you Elena, we are forever grateful!!

The apartment was very comfortable and well presented. True to what was described. Grocery stores and restaurants were walkable, with the beach a short drive away. Communication from Alex was great! Will be happy to return

I’m so happy my wife and I found this property. The back yard is so cute! The inside is very cozy! The kitchen has everything you could need just make sure to bring coffee! The bed and pillows were great as well! For being inside a neighborhood it was extremely quiet. Also thank you for letting us control the thermostat. Some places they will not and it was so nice to have it at 70 on a cold night. We will be back! Thank you! Also the wager and dryer are wonderful and do not stink. 80% of the air bnb we stay at have front load washers and 75% of them smell like booty! Yours does not!!

Beautiful, beautiful home. I visited with my wife and two small children, and the enclosed yard was perfect for us. The home is in a great location with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Alexis was very communicative and available in case we needed anything. I highly recommend this home, and we hope to stay here again on our next SB visit.

This place was perfect for us! We loved the Pierpont community vibe. The beach was a 5 min walk away and there was a wagon for us to use which was wonderful. Instead of bunk beds like the listing photos, there were twin beds, which also worked great for us. We felt super at home and the host was extremely helpful when we had any troubleshooting to do. We would love to stay again!

Great Santa Barbara get away! House was in walking distance to the beach and had everything we needed for a great girls weekend. Walkable into Downtown as well. Beds were cozy and the yard felt very private.

This beautiful home was everything my family and I needed. My “6 month” old son loved it as well. Beautiful ambiance, such a zen vibe, relaxing and felt right at home. Much needed family time and I would recommend this beautiful home again, and again. The hosts were very sweet, and answered all questions. We appreciate everything.

We had a sweet time in Ojai over spring break at Jennifer’s house. It was plenty spacious enough for our family of five and I appreciate that she has put thought into the simple design of the space. It was a quick drive to town, which was very convenient. And there was a great pottery sale just down the street which was a fun surprise. The house sits on a pretty busy road (by Ojai standards), so it wasn’t really feasible to walk or bike with kids from the house. Other than that we had a great visit!

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. Thank you Angela for a memorable stay!

Sshh, don't tell, Thousand Oaks is a location dream, and Daniels place is an oasis. The bird watching alone, from the sun dappled patio, is next level. Of note, the MCM furniture is the real deal and we as guests, ought treat it with due care & respect.

Amazing place!! Justin was so friendly and responsive, and he made check in/check out a breeze (and even provided flexible check out that was very helpful for my travel schedule). I also really appreciated how Justin worked so hard to resolve a little Internet issue ASAP and now the place has blazing fiber internet! The place was super well-equipped -- powerful washer/dryer, tons of detergent pods, huge coffee machine with ground coffee, super clean space, and shower with GREAT pressure. The heater worked well too for the night. Book this place -- I highly recommend it!!

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

Loved location. We did buy a few foil 9 x 13 pans to cook in. Plus I bought some of my own favorite kitchen tools. I did buy a smaller cutting board. But the kitchen had several items.

Amazing beach house in Marina Del Rey, right by Venice beach. Very practical for a family stay. Nicole was a great host!

We booked a second time and it was great, would stay again

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.

This was our fourth place after having to evacuate our house because of a fire. The apartment is very well designed and decorated, with functionality, quality furniture and appliances, and had all the touches of home. We are in our early 70s and I was a bit worried about the stairs, but they weren't bad at all. Like a previous user had mentioned doing, my husband and I each took one bathroom. The showers are the best, and I took pictures of the lotion and bath soap provided as I prefer them to mine. Don the handyman was kind and helpful. The area is perfect, the canals, the ocean with the Venice pier and the Marina Del Rey marina, farmers' markets, and restaurants everywhere. There is secure parking for 2 cars, which was important to us. We were close to the Los Angeles airport, Costco and Main st in Venice. We have lived in LA for over 20 years, and this was a very enjoyable "touristing" stay.

Great place on a great beach, plus pool and jacuzzi! Crystal was a wonderful host—easy to deal with, responsive and clearly cared about ensuring we shad a good stay.
