The cottage is immersed in nature and exactly as described: you can breathe a lot of tranquility. The outdoor hot tub was wonderful, and the owners took care to let us find the water at a perfect temperature. They were also very helpful in adapting to our needs and schedules, if there is an opportunity we will definitely come back in the future.

Words cannot explain how beautiful this home is! From the warm fireplace to the beautiful furnishings and feel of the home, we loved EVERYTHING about it. Tiziano was so helpful with recommendations and we can’t wait to come visit again and share a bottle of wine with him next time. 10/10 would recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a small town home with plenty of small local places to eat/drink.

Rosanna was welcoming and available by Whats'app during our stay. Central accommodation with easy access to the train station on foot which allowed us to leave the car on the grounds of the courtyard during our days spent in Bologna and Florence. In the middle of the Motor Valley where all automakers are accessible. She recommended nearby restaurants and stores to us. The place was very clean and the kitchen perfect for cooking in the evening. We particularly enjoyed the Parfin pizzeria (closed on Wednesdays but open on Sunday nights) a few minutes by car which allows you to take away to eat quietly at the apartment.

We only spent one night in this great house, but we'll definitely be back! Very clean accommodation, equipped with all the accessories in the kitchen, a wide choice for breakfast. Warm house, comfortable bed, very intimate atmosphere, then the relaxation room with the Jacuzzi and the fireplace is spectacular! Stefano is a very helpful and kind person, he waited for us beyond check-in time, he was out in the rain waiting for us! Great experience!

Thank you very much, Piero and Everest, who was our contact. We had a problem with our rental car and Everest was kindly able to pick us up at the station. Even without a car, we found it is very manageable with an about 20 minutes walk to the train station. The house is very nice and we loved the nature. And the pie that the hosts prepared for us is to die for! Many thanks for everything, we definitely recommend Piero’s place.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and super equipped. The area was very nice and the animals super sweet. the property is very quiet and very nice. We were there with our dog, who felt very comfortable and the other dogs in the house were very reserved. The hosts are very nice people, we will come back and then stay a little longer.

Diego was extremely helpful n responsive when I needed some directions to get to the apartment and offered excellent recommendations to restaurants and places to visit. His apartment was clean and as described in photos. Good n safe location and walkable to places of interest. Highly recommended.

Matteo’s bed and breakfast is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and the views are incredible. Get outside the city and enjoy some peace and quiet! We enjoyed nearly trails and the local food and wine were a treat. The on-site restaurant is fabulous, so make sure you go during your stay! Matteo was such a gracious host who made sure we always had everything we needed and was very responsive whenever we had questions. My mom is already talking about wanting to go back! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven!

Very close to the city center. Perfect place to stay at when you’re wanting to be close to the center and still have your space. Very friendly host!

If I could give 10 stars for the place and the hosting,I definitely would.This was by far the best stay we’ve ever had on Airbnb.I can only give compliments, both about the place and about the host.Monica was incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking care of absolutely everything, from clear communication and a smooth check-in to providing all the household essentials.There was everything we could possibly need; we truly felt at home.She knew we were traveling with our baby, so she thoughtfully prepared everything a toddler might need: a baby bed, a potty, lots of toys and books, baby dishes, and more.The home was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable.We slept well and felt completely at ease, just like at home. The location was also great: a quiet neighborhood, very close to a mall and public transport (bus and train stations).It was super easy to get around.I especially want to highlight her hospitality. She regularly checked in to make sure we weredoing well and had everything.

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

We had the most amazing time at Benedetta’s place. It really is a little paradise in the Italian countryside. The swimming pool is lovely, there is a lovely outside area where we ate dinner every night and the house was comfortable (if a little warm). I would advise people that there are lots of mosquitoes, obviously this is the case everywhere in Italy and has nothing to do with the property but make sure you bring lots of spray. I would also say regarding the reviews talking about lack of privacy- for the most part we had no issues with this. There was another family staying in the other property but they were friendly and didn’t bother us. There was one night where another guest arrived and was a little bit intrusive- we weren’t clear whether he was staying or whether he was just a friend who had come to use the pool- but Benedetta messaged us and apologised for this. It is a beautiful space and we were so relaxed and happy to be there. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Really nice place! Incredibly beautiful surroundings and nice and clean accommodation. Lovely private terrace. The pool was super nice and clean, and we had it all to ourselves. Valter is very friendly and he was flexible both regarding arrival and departure. Although Valter doesn't speak English, communication works fine with Google Translate. Although Valter and his wife live in the same building, you don't hear much from them, so you feel like you have the place all to yourself. A very small downside; The bed on the 1st floor was a very hard. And from the description, you might think that there is aircondition in both bedrooms. However, I had already read in another review that there is only aircon in one of the bedrooms and a fan in the other. We highly recommend the place and would live to visit again some day.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

We had a great time at Pizzicalaluna, both for the tranquility and beauty of the place and for Giulia's hospitality, always attentive to make us feel at home! Highly recommended!

We just stayed at Giulia's farm and found everything to be fantastic: the interior spaces, the pool and the garden are very well-kept, the cleanliness of the room and the attention to detail. But what makes, in our opinion, this very special place is Giulia's extreme hospitality, friendliness and humanity - which was not at all obvious - which went out of her way to make our short stay perfect, from offering us an aperitif to booking for us also a wonderful apericena in the vineyard on a nearby farm. Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. The perfect place for a holiday with family or friends with glorious views over a lush valley in the hills above Modena. Our historic casa was renovated to the highest standard with generous bedrooms, three fabulous bathrooms , a well functioning kitchen, dining and sitting area. We enjoyed the pristine pool, BBQing and dining outside under, and using the wood fired pizza oven. The plumbing, power and internet did not miss a beat! Our hosts were generous and welcoming, sharing some of their home made and local produce, and encouraged us to forage herbs and fruit [just ripening figs, wild arugula] from the beautiful garden. Their recommendations about the local area were spot on. We recommend using it as a base for visiting the motor museums and factories, for enjoying the wonderful food traditions of the area and to relax in a most beautiful environment. The visit to La Noce to learn from Georgio about and taste Balsamico di Modena is not to be missed! A wonderful stay!!!
