Clean, super helpful host and quick to respond

We loved our stay in Carlotta’s home! From her sweet welcome and surprise play area set up for our kiddos to her local recommendations sent weeks in advance and help with making our dinner reservation for our first night, she made our whole experience even more special! The space is very homey and the bed is so comfortable! Everything you need is readily available! The location is great! Very walkable to many amazing restaurants and areas! Would definitely recommend!!! And would love to come back!

We were extremely happy with how we were welcomed. This trip has had many setbacks and changes of plan, but despite this we have received understanding and trust. The accommodation is well furnished, clean and very tidy. The scenery is something wonderful. We will definitely be back because we were as comfortable as if we were in our own home.

This place was great and just about walkable from Bologna station (20mins) with suitcases. Paola was always responsive and when we had an issue with the power on the first night she and her husband sorted it straight away. There is a playground and park opposite the place which was really helpful for the kids and plenty of supermarkets close by. We were also able to bring our suitcases in the morning of arrival and leave them there while the place was being cleaned from previous occupants which saved us having to find luggage storage. Definitely recommend.

Designed for small details. Host met and allowed yard car to be parked early. He shared a lot of recommendations. Everything was there to get coffee, tea, and more in the morning. Small biscuits, crumbs. Everything was meant for.

This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

Our stay at Giacomo's house was great. We felt great at home and spent a few nice days in Albinea. The house is super nice and cozy. Everything you need is there and the welcome sparkling wine was super delicious. The property is totally beautiful, although it is located on the street, it is not noisy and you have a lot of nature around you. Giacomo is super friendly and incredibly helpful and was directly at our side with all the questions and problems. We wish him every success with his bees and hope we can come back and then taste some of the honey. 😊🐝

Very clean and well-equipped accommodation. St Ruffillo train station is about 15 minutes walk away and the bus stop is 5 minutes away. Lidia is very responsive and friendly.

Riccardo and Fabiola were kind and available to host us with our dogs for a weekend! The apartment is very nice and has everything! The gated garden was very convenient for us. If there's a chance, we'll be happy to come back!

I was in Bologna for business and vacation. The Airbnb is in a perfect spot. The place is quiet and quiet. Especially the small terrace is very pleasant. Everything was very clean and tidy. The presence of a washing machine and iron is very pleasant. Simona received me well and I was even allowed to drop off my suitcase for the agreed check-in time. She gave good tips and responds quickly. Absolutely recommended!

We traveled for business and Davide's place was perfect. Great location was perfect - easy walk to the center (10 minutes) and easy to get to bus stations nearby. We loved the little balcony and that there is a lift that makes it easy to get luggage upstairs. Overall, we totally loved it and will come back!
