Hawthorn Lodge with Jacuzzi, sauna and play area

KarenRating, 5 stars3 months ago
A great base for our half term break. Very peaceful and good location for exploring by car. The hosts were responsive and on hand if needed. Lovely little touches as we stayed over Halloween, we had a Halloween shower curtain and the chicken pen was decorated with Halloween bits which the kids really enjoyed. Seeds were provided so we could feed the chickens and geese in the field right by the house. Plenty of wood was provided to keep the fire going and warm the house.

Grade II listed barn conversion & Hot-tub

JodiRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Ben and Shae were so helpful in recommendations, instructions and even directions to the location. They even helped with putting up some birthday banners in advance of check in despite having a baby due over our stay dates. 100% would recommend and will be staying again.

Beautiful cottage with magnificent views

MeganRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We just spent a few nights in Yarlington Dairy and had such a lovely, relaxing trip. Laura went above and beyond to accommodate our little one and was on hand to provide assistance when we needed it! Highly recommend asking Laura to add the breakfast baskets onto your stay (we had to share ours with a tiny croissant thief!) and definitely sample their delicious cider (that was not for sharing!). Brilliantly equipped, unbeatable views, a home away from home. As city folk, we found the list of recommendations hugely helpful. Thank you!🍻❤️

Old Barn House Hereford

JenniferRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We have just returned from our weekend stay at Old Barn House. Everything has was perfect for our family get together. Sarah was extremely communicative before the trip providing lots of information about the house and location including walks and places to eat in the area. The house was very spacious and comfortable and especially well equipped if you bring a dog along. It was in a very peaceful location with a lovely walk around the fishing lakes close by, for an early morning walk. We will definitely consider returning in the future and would highly recommend it for a holiday or weekend.

*Brecon Beacons,Log Burner, hot tub Dogs Welcome*

JanetRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Due to family illness only myself and one son stayed at this lovely property, which was such a shame as originally our group was for 5 adults. Brilliant location, no on-site parking (mentioned pre-booking) but this wasn’t a problem as the car park is 2mins away and not expensive. Lovely extra touches added to our stay. Dog treats, lavender shampoo and “dog” towels in a basket…. even a ball for her to play with! A well furnished property with comfortable beds in an excellent location with a choice of walks to suit all abilities. Crickhowell is a friendly village with some great shops. The tasteful Christmas decs were appreciated, thank you ☺️

Beautiful rural cottage

LaraRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We had a wonderful stay. The house is in a beautiful location with amazing views. We were worried about the road to the house as it was long and steep but excellent instructions really helped and both our cars got right to the top. One of our cars was electric and low too! The house was cosy and homely and sitting by the log fire in the evening was a real treat. We went for a walk from the cottage and saw even more amazing views. About an hour's drive away were also some beautiful waterfalls. It is a perfect location if you like to get away from it all, enjoy being surrounded by nature but still have the comforts of a warm and welcoming house.

Wren Cottage for your relaxing rural retreat.

EleanorRating, 5 stars3 months ago
A lovely secluded cottage, very dog friendly, it even has a dog washing station which for us was a godsend when our dogs rolled in something very smelly. Inside it’s cosy and warm, with modern appliances. The hosts are lovely too. We have been there twice now and will certainly be going back again

Liesa’s airbnb was in a beautiful location. It was a lovely house and exactly what me and my group of friends were looking for. The property felt safe and private, was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We loved the little touches added too. The hosts themselves were incredibly responsive, accommodating and kind. Overall was an extremely positive experience, would recommend.

Clare's cottage was a real haven, a home away from home. The setting was stunning and Helen was a wonderful host super helpful and friendly but never intrusive. We had everything that we needed for a wonderful stay. Helen has also provided a glossary of information about the surrounding area andots of brochures for keen walkers. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

A Superb Size Cottage By The Canal

RebeccaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Beautiful cottage in a lovely area! Enjoyed walks along the canal and local town has everything you could possibly need and more! Bed in second bedroom could compete for the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Great for visiting son at Cardiff uni without needing to be in the city. Can’t wait to stay again.

Birch Cottage with woodland sauna

MaeveRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay a Birch Cottage😊. The cottage itself is hidden in the peaceful countryside where you can see hills and valleys from all directions. The interior of the home was stunning, it had the most amazing rustic feel to it and the fireplace in the living room made it super cosy. Each room was furnished beautifully, and made us feel very homely. i’m so happy to have come here. It was everything we were looking for, for a weekend getaway. Thank you Phil :)

Peaceful Stone Cottage among fabulous gardens

SaskiaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This was a very comfy and cosy cottage for a mid-winter stay, with beautiful surroundings and views. The kitchen is well equipped, the shower was good and it was all very clean. The log burner made it extra cosy. The bed is quite soft, which may be fine for some but just a warning for those with bad backs planning to stay more than a couple of nights.

The Studio House. Peaceful Luxury. Alpacas+Sheep.

MatthewRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We really enjoyed our stay here! It was so peaceful being on the farm and super cosy inside with heaters and fire on when it was cold outside! Robert was one of the best hosts, very responsive and was on hand for a recommendation or if we needed anything. Good fun feeding the alpacas and taking a morning stroll around the farm. Definitely could have stayed longer with loads of good walks and pubs nearby.

Cottage at Grove Court Stud Farm

BethanyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A lovely peaceful second stay at the farm; with days spent out and about walking, and the nights cosied up beside the fire before retiring to a very comfy bed for well deserved sleep! Zoe was quick to respond and offer assistance when required, and Merv was always more than happy to bring us extra logs and have a chat when we saw him. The location is perfectly central for lots of local walks, both immediately from the farm, and a short drive away (Clytha circular walk is lovely). Only a few minutes drive into Raglan to visit the local farm shop, supermarket and petrol station to top-up when needed. Raglan Castle is definitely worth a visit too! We wuld definitely recommend walks to Sugarloaf, Skirrid (Ysgyryd Fawr) and adventuring further to Waterfall Country to admire some incredible falls. We look forward to coming back again for our 3rd stay!

Pineapple Cottage - Chepstow Town Centre (Wales)

CamillaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We absolutely LOVED staying here! This didn’t feel like an Airbnb it truely felt like a home. The cottage is beautifully decorated and maintained, the kitchen has everything you need, there are board games in the living room and the beds were so comfy. We would 100% come back to explore the warm little town of Chepstow.

Wheelwright’s Cottage, Wye Valley

RobbieRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Gemma's place was lovely, peaceful and calming. The sound of the river running just along side was very relaxing and peaceful. She had everything we needed and even left some fresh Welsh cakes which were very scrummy. Two lovely local pubs nearby within walking distance, one had live music on by a local family band which was very fun. I would definitely recommend Gemma's place - it had everything we needed and provided a little oasis and some well needed rest. Thank you Gemma! :)
