Beautiful apartment, ample and bright, fully equipped and very confortable. It has been just renoveted with modern style furniture, curated in all details, air conditioner. It's at the 4°floor of a quite building with private courtyard, in the very center of Pescara, just few minutes away from the beach, the train station and 6km from the local airport. In this area you can find all kind of shops, restaurants, bar and clubs for nightlife. It has a lovely terrace that you can enjoy in the summer.

Studio flat, recently renovated, situated in the most central and prestigious area of town, 6 minutes' walk to a fine sandy beach, surrounded by shops, cafés, restaurants, supermarket. 10 min. walk from the station, 15 min bus from the airport. On the 5th floor of an elegant building, with lifts, fairly quiet, clean and well equipped with everything you might need ( washing machine, TV, microwave, air conditioning) , ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families .

Comfortable two-room apartment recently renovated in a gated building with a spacious atrium. It is located in front of the sea and pine forest, a few minutes from the center of Pescara. There are several bathing establishments, but also free beaches. Bus stop under the house, a supermarket 300 meters away, and a shopping mall with a cinema about 3 km away. Seafront bike path and park road that connect Montesilvano with Pescara, great for motor activities like jogging and long walks.

The apartment is located in a two-story building, second floor without elevator, 5 min walking distance from Montesilvano Marina beach and close to the city center with parks and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. My place is suitable for couples, families with children, professionals for work... the apartment was completely renovated in May 2016 with all the necessary comforts... it will be like feeling at home...
