Casa Martin is great for spending your time out of the chaos of the city.... Surrounded by greenery, far from urban streets and therefore with total absence of external noise, with ample green space around the house and fantastic views of the great stone and the entire area on its slopes. We stayed in 8 people for four days as if we were at home, spacious kitchen complete with everything from the oven to the dishwasher, the super working heaters did not make you feel the outside cold. The owner sent us everything there was to know about the house and how to manage it with a practical pdf that explained everything, including how to get to the house itself. Great experience... I recommend it!

where do we even begin? from the first moment we stepped inside the house, we felt at home, overwhelmed by an incredibly warm welcome from the host family. like we knew each other for years. no pictures can describe how beautiful this place is. and the main part of this beauty is LOVE the place is created with. top that with outstanding panoramic views, amazing nature scenery surrounding you everywhere you move inside the amazing garden. the pool is just something you never want to leave. I can go on and on, and on, but there's a limit for the review. we are out of the words, we are speechless, we are grateful we were lucky to have the experience that will stay in our hearts forever. big big big thanks to you! hope to say "chao" to you once again soon!

We did our annual meeting with old friends and it was the perfect location! There was a large living room to stay together, fully equipped kitchen! Extreme peace of mind and breathtaking scenery ! The kittens around the house are so sweet. The lady was then so kind that upon our arrival, knowing we were winemakers, she left us 4 bottles to taste in the area ! Thank you !

Emanuele's villa gave me and my friends a perfect New Year's Eve. We were greeted with kindness and care, the apartments were clean, well equipped and spacious. It was nice to feel “at home,” we hope to be back soon!

Casa Felice is a very special place. We didn’t want to leave. Arlette was very helpful with communication and quick to reply to my queries. We were comfortable and felt right at home. The house was well stocked and tidy. Everything we needed, was available, including beach toys and pool toys in the garage. Toys and games for the children, extra towels for the pool and beach. Very peaceful and safe location with amazing views and sunsets. The booklet put together by Arlette gave good suggestions for restaurants, and things to see and do in the area. We did a wine tour and tasting at Cantina Mazzarosa which I highly recommend. And the children’s favourite beach was Torre di Cerrano. We hope to come back to Casa Felice again soon.

I had a wonderful stay in Ortona with family and friends, in an apartment immersed in the Abruzzo countryside. The area is really quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for those looking for relaxation and serenity. The beauty of the hilly landscape and the silence around make this place a true oasis of peace. The apartment was well cared for and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spaces were spacious and bright, and the view of the surroundings offered a real spectacle, especially at sunset. The host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ready to respond to any needs or concerns. He also gave us great tips on what to visit nearby, helping us discover some of the most characteristic places in the area. The location of the apartment is strategic: in a few minutes by car you can reach the main points of interest, from the beaches of the Trabocchi coast, to the historic villages! Definitely recommended!

I can not praise Milena enough, wonderful host! So welcoming, friendly and charming. Our stay was very comfortable, probably the most comfortable we have had so far in all our travels. The accommodation is spacious, had everything we could possibly need, spotlessly clean, nicely air conditioned. Villa is shared between 3-4 families, but somehow it works out to be quiet and private and very pleasant, great for an occasional chat and exchange of local tips with neighbours. Same with a swimming pool, due to different schedules we had it mostly to ourselves, but even when shared with others- still comfortable. The premises are looked after by Enoch, who is absolutely lovely. He looked after us as well, made friends with our 6 year old son. Location is great! Picturesque! Convenient for visiting beaches, mountains, grocery stores, vineyards, local restaurants and great pizza. Quite close to an airport. A car is a must though. Hoping to come back next year, thank you Milena and Enoch!

We had a wonderful time in Collecorvino, and this was the most beautiful place to stay! The view is absolutely incredible, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Our hosts were so kind, giving us recommendations for the area and checking in with us. They were even flexible with the time when we ran into travel delays. Highly recommend staying here!

This is already the second time I have used this apartment, which has everything you need to feel at home even for just one night. Very nice people and clean and comfortable apartment!

Franco, Mariangela and their entire extended family are wonderful people. They took such good care of use while we were staying in fara. The house is exactly as described and in a fantastic location. We stayed during winter and the house was very comfortable. As Franco says it is the warmest house in fara. Thankyou for helping to make this trip so wonderful, I am sure we will meet again soon.

Super easy and convenient check-in. Close to the train station, which is both positive and negative. Very good communication. Private. On a busy street however. A short walk to the center of Pescara.

It was a wonderful experience, living in a beautiful and authentic home! My family and I had a great time, there was everything in the house and more we needed it! A cozy atmosphere and the cleanliness in height! Thank you very much, we will definitely be back!

Gianluca’s beautiful apartment on the 6th and 7th floor is spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The views from the balconies over the pineta (small pine forest and park) to the sea are spectacular. The beach is wonderful and a very short walk. Tiziana, the property manager, was extremely responsive, helpful, and delightful! This is the place to stay in Montesilvano.

Everything was great, we will for sure visit this place again. It was clean, comfy and clean. There were shops nearby, and restaurants as well, so it was easy to grab sth to eat. It wasn't hard to communicate with the owner. She was a very flexible person for our needs - we arrived really late and she was waiting for us. Perfect spot for people that want to feel the atmosphere of Italian life.

The house is very welcoming, equipped and clean. Communication with Stefano was clear and fast. We thank Paolo for the welcome and for helping us free the car from the snow. We recommend this place!

Daniele is a helpful and kind host who cares about guests and the place is impeccable. We found a refreshment in this very hot August. Castel del Monte, Calascio, and Santo Stefano di Sessanio can be reached quickly.

We stayed at Lorenzo/Antonella's place for two weeks. The house is located in a fairly quiet area 150 meters from the sea where there are both establishments and free beaches (very clean sea and sandy beaches)... in the immediate vicinity there are shops, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets... so if you want you can leave the car and ride on foot or by bike for the entire vacation. The house is absolutely CLEAN, tidy, equipped with everything you need, optimal size for 2/4 people... it has a nice paved and fenced outdoor space, so we who were traveling with two dogs found it very useful and they were happy to play outside... there is also an area covered by a sun tent and equipped with a very comfortable table and chairs to spend time outside. Lorenzo and Antonella are two kind and nice people, with whom we communicated very well. If we go back to Silvi, we hope to be able to stay there again.

Staying at Casa Olivia in Serramonacesca was an extraordinary experience. Surrounded by the greenery of the Maiella National Park, the house offers a breathtaking view and an atmosphere of unique peace. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Nicoletta, who immediately made us feel at home, while the host Cecelia was always helpful and attentive, offering us valuable tips for exploring the area. The garden and terrace are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular sunsets. The location is ideal for nature lovers: trails, historic villages and even the sea are easily accessible. The energy of this place, combined with impeccable hospitality, made our vacation unforgettable. We can't wait to go back!

The house was spacious and very clean in a quiet area. Norma was very responsive and accommodative to allow early checkin. We enjoyed our stay at Norma’s place.

I spent a week in August with my wife in August in Angela and Antonino's beautiful country villa. They are two exquisite people who welcomed us by paying homage to the vegetables of their garden and locally produced sweets. They provided us with information and tips on places to visit and where to eat. The villa is divided into two parts, one of which is intended for guests, which is divided into two floors with the bedroom and a bathroom upstairs, open kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Spacious and comfortable for two people, particularly cool in summer and with a beautiful view of the hills. Perfectly equipped with everything you need to cook, it is very safe thanks to the railings and alarm system. Shopping can be done in Pianella, a 5-minute drive. A perfect place to relax, we will definitely be back when we visit Abruzzo again.

Lorenzo was a very kind and helpful host, he welcomed us and showed us some places to visit and restaurants. The place is very clean, super quiet location and no neighbors. We spent 4 days with our dog who could easily stay in the garden (private and closed) and visited many places nearby. The only "negative" aspects of the accommodation were the lack of mosquito nets in the bedrooms, which means that in summer, leaving the windows open (you were feeling great!) some insects entered, and the distance from the town center: if you want to take a tour of the village in the evening the road to get there is uphill and quite long. Thelatter aspect did not weigh us because in the evening, after long walks, we always went to bed after dinner. We didn't use the bbq. In short: a more than positive experience and highly recommended for those who want to spend a few days in total relaxation to visit Abruzzo, away from the confusion.
