Hotel holiday rentals in Monteverde

Great location, we were able to walk to everything! Emanuel was very helpful and was on the property basically all of the time so we were always able to get a hold of him. His mother, who owns a local soda, cooked breakfast for us and she was the sweetest lady. We even went to go visit her at her soda the next day! Would recommend!

We were received very well received by Diego and his team who did everything to facilitate our stay and make sure to build a program of activities that meets our expectations and budget. Every time we needed transportation they took care of everything and just had to show up at the door at the agreed time. Several choices for breakfast and it's very good. The place is clean and well-maintained. The large gallery is very comfortable and welcoming, we enjoyed settling in to read a few pages after an active day, to enjoy the breeze and the view. Unfortunately we had some difficulties transporting from Monteverde to Tamarindo. When I asked Diego to help me find a solution, he immediately took care of it and resolved the situation directly with the transport company, in a very efficient and satisfactory way. For the place and for the service, I recommend it!

Roy was very responsive, helpful and friendly. The property is beautiful with great trails and a tower to watch the sunset. The hammock and the friendly dogs on the property were a nice perk! Definitely would recommend this place!

Jonathan and his family were very helpful and always present. The large kitchen-living room is very beneficial for meeting other guests. An ideal accommodation, especially for the cosmopolitan and open-minded travelers.

We had a great stay at Camino Verde which has a central location for exploring the town. The room was cozy and the host very helpful arranging a shuttle to the Monteverde reserve. The included breakfast was much appreciated as well.

It's better than how it's shown in pictures! The place is very quiet and relaxing! The attention of the super friendly staff especially Flory! We went with the pets and they were super well received to a bed they gave us for them, the view and the sunset from the place is amazing The cool pool and green area surroundings you need to rest

Abie’s place was just as described in a beautiful and serene location! The beds were comfortable and the patio was so peaceful to hang out at. The hotel staff was amazing and so attentive to our family! They were extremely hospitable! The amenities offered were great!

We had a great time. Very spacious home on a lot of land. Great for large groups.

Joanne and Simon are the absolute best!! They were so welcoming and warm, and made us feel so at home at their wonderful place. The place is GORGEOUS!! The pictures do not do it justice, it is even prettier in person. The room was comfy and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and always available at 8:30am. The pool was pristine and had an incredible view. The restaurants next door were amazing, especially Bar Oropendola. Lots of cute dogs in the area, which we loved. The place was super accessible by car, and just a short walk from the lake. We were four girls staying here and we felt super safe the whole time. We couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone coming to Costa Rica! It’s a gem!!

Enjoy the location so much, that I will look to see if she has availability on my return. My wife enjoyed your place and had never been to La Fortuna. For her to say that she wanted to stay longer.

Great house and incredible backyard. Lots for kids to do. Comfortable for our group of 9. Easy to get from the house to everything we had planned.

Mercedes was an incredibly sweet and helpful host, she made us feel right at home from the start. The place itself is peaceful and surrounded by nature, with the sounds of wildlife adding to the relaxing atmosphere. It’s about a 15-minute drive from La Fortuna, and most tours will pick you up directly from the Airbnb, making it super convenient. If you’re looking for a stress-free stay near La Fortuna, I highly recommend this place!

Great little place to stay. Close to everything. Would recommend!

The place is great! The views of the volcano are breathtaking, easily accessible, and always responded quickly, as well as having access to the hot springs. The surroundings are a little far from the center but can still be reached easily. What is, not buying in the mini market that suggest close to there because they have almost nothing, and we bought a wine that turned out to be overdue. It's best to take more time and go downtown to buy what you need. The place is beautiful, 100% recommended

We absolutely loved our stay! It was a unique place with extremely beautiful views of the mountains. Just be mindful that it is true to “glamping” meaning you will feel a lot of wind at night, which depending on your sleeping patterns can be challenging. Also, the place is a little off the beaten path, but we loved our time and would recommend.

A good accommodation, with parking and everything that comes with a hostel. The location is good, due to bad luck we could not see some animal but it is understandable.

The accommodation was spotless and exactly as described. Beautiful surrounds and an amazing view of the volcano! It was the perfect base to go and explore from and away from the busier parts of town. Melissa was really responsive to answer any questions and the check in was really smooth.

We stayed 2 nights at Bauma. Everything was super clean and we loved the decor, outdoor patio with jacuzzi and the upstairs outdoor space which is an amazing place to have coffee and listen to the sounds of the rainforest. The host and communication was outstanding and we were even able to request a room clean. Loved the unique shower with the small view of the outdoors. It was super easy to catch an Uber for about 8 USD into La Fortuna. Whenever we do come back to this area I would 100% stay here again. It’s amazing and one of my favorite AirBnB’s :)

Good price and nice natural environment. They gave us a little coffee, which really helped us start our day in Fortuna. It's a little far from downtown. Ideal to go by car :)
