We found the apartment perfect for a seaside vacation. The short way to the beach is just great. There is everything you need nearby, groceries, restaurants, umbrella rental…. Many thanks to Karen&Giacomo for the valuable tips on visiting Rome, the beach and staying here in the apartment, you are very committed to making sure your guests are well. That's wonderful. Our family really enjoyed staying here, it was a bit like a home of their own. The apartment is absolutely clean, super stylishly furnished and has a beautiful sea view that you can enjoy at any meal. We would very much like to recommend this apartment to others. I had a wonderful stay at this place. The place was impeccably clean and offered a peaceful atmosphere. Cristina, the host, was incredibly responsive and ensured everything was perfect throughout my stay. Without a doubt, it’s one of the best places to stay in Rome. Highly recommend it!

Paola's apartment is a dream! It's just as you can see in the photos full of details, very clean and well equipped, in a lively street by day and quiet by night. The location for me is unbeatable, you can walk to the most beautiful places in Rome from there. Paola is a super communicative and attentive host, always attentive that our stay will go well. He helped us to the last minute by getting us a taxi to get to the airport. Filomena was extremely responsive, accommodating and friendly. Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The location of the apartment was perfect, everything was in the walking distance. The stay was great, the place has all the comforts and is fully equipped. It is 200m from the C metro stop that provides accessibility to the center. It's an artists' neighborhood and two blocks has a wide range of bars for snacks. Sunday was always kind and flexible to our schedules about the last day we had to leave our bags in order to take advantage of it. We even had to go a few days earlier than planned and he got us another airbnb for those days.

Exceptional near Vatican flat with swimming pool

This is a very nice Studio apartment to stay in Rome for 1 person or a couple. It was lovely decorated with a lot of light and beautiful view on the swimming pool. I could easily live permanently in a place like this. Everything was walkable and you could easily take the metro. Alessandra is a lovely host. She is so sweat and even took care of me when she found out I was ill. Which was a blessing, since I was alone. She has great tips about Rome and a beautifully worked out guide with things to do in Rome. This is definitely a place where I would come back to or would refer to my friends. While being in the city you are in a quiet street and looking on green. You can easily park in the street or in the private parking space of the apartment. There is also a park near the accommodation. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb apartment. It’s conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore all of Rome’s amazing sights. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Enza and Marco were fantastic hosts, always ready to assist and communicate promptly. We especially appreciated the extra touch of the delicious tiramisu they made for us—it was a lovely surprise and a real treat! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome.

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

We decided to stay in this magnificent place to celebrate New Year's Eve and we are so happy to have made this choice! The place is immersed in nature and offers spectacular views, from dawn to dusk. It is ideal for a retreat in contact with nature and yourself, but also for a group stay. Pietro is an extremely friendly host who puts the value of human relationships first, even when traveling. He and his wife welcomed us with a welcome aperitif with great local products (and made us try the oil of their crazy olive trees!!) to get to know each other better. Pietro has always been available for all our needs. Highly recommended for those looking for a slow, not stressful experience. See you next time! (Maybe in the summer with the pool open :-) )

Listing located outside of the hustle and bustle of Rome even if a room is a little noisy. The bus is at the foot of the building and takes you in 20min Piazza Venezia, to the center of Rome. Close to the Trastevere district, very pleasant in small restaurants and lively pedestrian street. Very clean accommodation, large. Very easy communication with the host who gives many tips. I recommend.
