Holiday rentals with a patio in Monti, Rome

5 stars full and well deserved! The place is very nice, very welcoming and equipped with every comfort. Alessandro is a host who is always available and attentive to needs. I found myself staying here for a long enough time waiting to move to my new home and I have to honestly say that it couldn't have been better for me! Thank you!!

We chose this apartment for our short vacation in Rome. Stefania is a super friendly host and has always been active in our questions or requests. The house was as described in the photo and was very clean and tidy. We will definitely consider it as a property for our next visit to the capital.

Very nice place to stay in Roma, not in the center but very easy to go there with the bus (about 40 min to 1 hour). Host was very easy going !

Buon compleano , my lover and I wanted to be able to write a few lines to thank Fernando, for his availability both at check-in and by message and the quality of his accommodation. He responded to us throughout the stay to orient us to the best places in Rome. Her place is spotless, clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay, a huge plus for linens and bath linens to new slippers to get out of the shower. The bathroom is like Rome, elegant and refined. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need up to the adapter for the essential coffee maker before going to the old Roman town only 15 minutes by bus from the accommodation thanks to the bus line at the end of the street. We really enjoyed our stay at Ambra's place! The apartment is lovely—modern and nicely furnished—and Ambra really cared about our comfort during the stay. The only minor things to mention are that there was some construction affecting the metro, so the connection to the center wasn't ideal (though likely just temporary), and the water pressure/temperature was a bit inconsistent.

We had a super rich stay, we booked a little bit of time but Dunia made it easy. The instructions were very clear about arrival. The location is great, close to the trevi fountain, metro line A, and many restaurants/shops. We stayed 3 in the apartment and the truth was super comfortable that the apartment has a very spacious living room. There was not only a sofa bed but a fold out bed. The kitchen was all stocked with good quality loaded coffee. We had a wonderful time, 100% recommended.

The customer service was great, we were running late because of cancelled flights and they were so helpful and flexible. The flat was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is residential yet there is a small cafe on the corner and a small shop with everything you need within 5 minutes walk. A short walk away is Pont Milvio and there are several great restaurants and bars there. Getting into the centre is easy enough, the bus stop is 1 minute away, change once to get to the sights. Tickets can be bought at the nearby bar. We would stay here again.

Beautiful place in a very central Rome location. Easy walking distance to everything.

What an amazing stay we have had. Our first time in Rome and Giovanna absolutely made us feel at home. We are a family of 5, 2 adult and 3 kids. She was amazing and communicated so well even before we flew over. She let us into the property and made sure we knew where everything was . Best of all she told us of the local cafes and places and also how to commute to our places of interest. She was keen to ensure we were always well looked after. Although our check out time was 10:00 but since our flight wasn't till late evening, she suggested we could check out later without any hassle. Check out was as smooth as the check in. I appreciated the diffusers in her house as it smelled divine and bless her she gifted me one on the last day. I was extremely impressed by her kind heart and her generosity. As for the location, we quite like being slightly away from the noise and busyness of the centre and this place was perfect for us. Albeit all train and bus stations are only a few min away.

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

Lucia was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to accomodate me and my golfers during our stay in both her houses in Olgiata. I would highly recommend staying in her lovely accomodation.

A good host and a home that matches the description is rare to find these days on AirBnb. Gian Piero’s home was exactly as described and he was a very proactive, responsive host. I wish more AirBnBs are as smooth and accurate as my experience. Easy 5/5 stars.

We had a great stay. The apartment was very spacious, clean and nice. Pier was accessible throughout and we had no problems. The roof terrace is great, the kitchen well equipped and the two bathrooms super convenient. A large desk with two workstations would also be very suitable for working. The tour recommendation C was very interesting and worth seeing. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Di Peggy! This was my first trip abroad, and I was solo. I mainly spoke to the co-host Luca, who I am very appreciative of his communication! I don't use public transportation, and upon my arrival I got on a bus and questioned my decision. I quickly sent Luca a picture of the bus number and stops, and he reassured me I was on the right one and even which stop to get out on! This helped my nervous energy immensely.

Claudio was a friendly and helpful host. he saved us from the storm by giving us access to the apartment before the scheduled time! The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated, and the terrace was beautiful (although we did not take advantage of it due to the weather😭). the location allows you to access the main attractions even on foot, and the bus to go to the station is around the corner. all the restaurants you recommended were great experiences! we highly recommend it and hope to go back, maybe in the summer with the most gracious weather!

This was such a great location…right across the street from the colosseum, a grocery store steps away from the front door, and surrounded by many excellent restaurants. We loved the patio and spent many nights sitting out there drinking wine. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and had lots of space.

certainly super hosts in a super apartment. the hosts were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and before that. the apartment is quaint and beautiful and 5 minute walk for st.peters basilica, walking distance from many other important spots and from comfortable public transport. the street was busy and hechtic during the day but the apartment is quiet and private. in summary, it was really supper.

We had a fabulous stay at Giuseppe and Rudis splendid apartment. The apartment was perfect for our family of four with two young (pre-teen and teen) sons and felt both luxurious as well as comfortable and “at home”. Everything was in perfect condition and the terrasse/balcony was perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon glass of whine before going out for dinner. We were mostly walking, but the metro is only a 3min walk away. Communication was excellent and proactive. It was a fantastic stay and we can definitely recommend.

The accommodation is extremely central 50m from the Cavour metro, faithful to the photos, very quiet, well decorated and with very good bedding. Small plus, shower gel and starter available ( coffee tea oil.. etc...) very nice. Cristina was a very responsive host in our inquiries. Would definitely stay again in Rome

Overall, it is a wonderful stay. It got everything you need, Angela and her daughter are very helpful. They response to our questions shortly, and provide many useful information when visiting Roma.
