Holiday rentals with a patio in Mueang Chiang Rai District

A wonderful place to stay, but be warn that you will be surrounded in Thai culture, another words if there is a holiday or big event your room will be right in the middle of it all. Next door is a coffee shop serving great food, tea, and coffee. A short walk and you are in a little market. Inside the room was amazing, nice big bed, fridge, a big bath tub, and everything to make your stay nice. It was a great find and definitely will be staying there again.

A mini big house! We felt very comfortable, the room like the whole house is really cool. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom! We only stayed one night but we would have been very happy to stay longer! Pai is a responsive and very helpful host who allowed us to check in early! Good energy in this facility !! I recommend **

Great house for a family located in the outskirts of Chiang Rai. Good for trips around Chiang Rai. As located somewhat outside Chiang Rai you will need your own car. House is spacious with 2 bedrooms and parking on the premises.

Kallayaporn is a great host and very responsonsive host. Although had check in issues, she settled it right at the spot. The house is very cool and my kids enjoyed the stay.

Extremely clean and spacious, beautiful surrounding with lots of greens and a lake. Very quiet too. Most importantly, Kook is extremely helpful, she even waited for us when we had to check in a few hours later than the standard time. Kook is very helpful in trying to suggest places for food, and we received 2 big jars of handmade jam cookies that was very delicious! All appliances works well and aircond is cold. The only small area that can be improve is the water heater, if you turn on full shower than the water will not be hot. The light outside Room 1 attracts a lot of small insects at night too, so will keep the door and window close all the time. Lots of space and the sofa / seating area is outdoor, so for those prefer to stay outdoor, it can be a nice change. Great value for money and very clean and quiet. You do need to have your own transport though as it is tucked away and about 15 ~ 20 mins to the town center. We had a lovely time and Kook is a great host! Thank You!

A great place to stay, away from the buzzling city. Love the view by the lake in the morning. Woke up to beautiful sunrise view in the morning.
