Great appartment with cozy garden and peaceful atmosphere. The host family keeps the place really clean. You have everything you need in the appartment. Recommend for those who want to have peaceaful vacation, away from city noisy.

As described a nice place! The apartment is nice and spacious and a good layout, bed also comfy. I would give this place an 8/10. A few silly faults - I found the apartment to be dark as it’s on ground level, the privacy wasn’t a problem as you couldn’t see in from outside but if you are spending a lot of time inside during the day it is very dark. The clothes dryer was also a problem, we did a lot of washing but the clothes dryer was broken and we weren’t able to hang on this, for a small amount a new one could be found from Migros and this problem would be solved quickly. The parking was a problem, the building has an underground parking lot but this was not accessible during our stay as they had no remote to open the door. The street parking was always full meaning we were parking 5 or 10 minute walk away, not great in the rain:( Last, the cleaning fee, on arrival found cigarettes crushed in the crack of the sofa, with lighters and crumbs. Not ideal when paying a cleaning fee

The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped, good location, close to the sea, easy to reach by public transport. Communication with Fatma was smooth, check in and check out was uncomplicated

If you want to stay in an authentic Turkish neighbourhood with lots of buses just ten mintues walk from the apparment then this is the place for you. Quite, feels secluded yet we'll connected. The apparment is lovely, clean and spacious. The host is very friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for more.

We had an amazing time in Antalya. The flat is extremely well located and very nice. The host made sure to help us with everything we needed !

One of the best vacations of our lives. The Sultan's House is wonderfully located in the old town of Kaleici, close to shops, the beautiful Karaalioglu Park and the sea. Hulya and Freddy are wonderful hosts and very nice people. At the beginning of our stay, there were minor problems with the downstairs toilet, but they fixed it very quickly. They were always ready to fulfill our every wish. If you like old, atmospheric houses and love cats (they come to the backyard), this is the place for you. Hulya and Freddy - thank you! We will be happy to visit you again!

Charming apartment with gentle renovation that preserves historical details while still offering modern amenities. The functional kitchen, the cozy courtyard and the efficient heating made our family stay (4 pers) very comfortable. We especially appreciated being walking distance to everything - restaurants, shops and attractions. The host and his brother were exemplary - always available, very helpful and quick to answer questions. Good to know: The location among restaurants and bars means lively evenings, especially Friday-Saturday. For us this was part of the charm of staying centrally. The cleaning could have been more thorough, but it didn't significantly affect our well-being. We can highly recommend this accommodation for those who want to experience Antalya's old town up close and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

Quiet, cozy place. We had a car and everything was easily accessible. I often walked to the beach before sunrise to meet it by the sea, a maximum of 25 minutes through beautiful surroundings. Convenience stores and some restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance maximum.

The apartment is very comfortable, cozy, and clean. Its location is great, too, right in the old town's center. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Samet is a great host! He responded very quickly and helped us book a taxi to the airport. We definitely recommend this place!

Very clean and cozy house. Most of the equipment is new. We enjoyed staying here a lot. Only negative aspect is the noise from the bars in the street but after 1am they stopped the music too. Would definitely stay again.

Good apartment, everything is clean. There is a place to park the car. My son enjoyed watching the planes. There is no hot water in the sink in the bathroom, but everything else is great.

there is everything you need, the living room is spacious, but the bedroom bathroom toilet is very small. There was no problem for us, we left very happy. There are tables and armchairs in the garden, and it was pleasant to have breakfast there. The tram is very close to the beach within walking distance, but I recommend a taxi, that road does not take in the heat.
