We loved the Apartment and our stay in Berlin. It was very easy to get from the airport to the apartment (S9 train) and the apartment was beautiful , with very unique and interesting design details. The apartment was within walking distance to many sights (such as museum island) or any easy subway ride (stop right outside apartment) to others (Brandenburg Gate). Highly Recommend to others who would like to visit Berlin

Daniel was incredibly friendly and responsive, and went above and beyond to create additional flexibility for the dates of my booking. The apartment is truly incredible - with beautiful decor, amenities, and views! There's also loads of great cafes/bars/restaurants within walking distance. I would gladly stay there again - thank you so much. :)

Wonderful place to stay in Berlin! I can't stress enough how easy it was to get around to see the sights in Berlin as two of the main tram lines cross right in front of the apartment building! While the digital lock app took some getting used to, the place was exactly as described and Vasil could not have been more helpful with everything from local recommendations to video instructions on how to get into the building/apartment, etc. Highly recommend for your stay in Berlin!

Berlin old-build charm studio with wellness bathroom

A very nice apartment with a large bathroom. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful (the windows of the apartment overlook the courtyard of the tenement house, which additionally makes it impossible to hear cars from the surrounding streets), with a large number of grocery stores. The apartment is close to the subway (U6) and several bus stops. The communication with the hosts was very good, they responded quickly to messages and were helpful. A big plus is a lockbox with keys, which makes it easy to check in and out. If I'm going to stay in Berlin again for a longer stay, I'll use Michael and Maike's hospitality again.

From the underground parking by elevator directly to the 5th floor, there you can expect an apartment in new condition, with immaculate purity, top amenities and views over the roofs of Berlin! The beds are very taut and by no means saggy, ( the masterbed is very cozy!) the bedding and towels have hotel quality and seem to be washed even according to the hygiene standards. The freezer is separate under the fridge and offers 4 compartments. The Wi-Fi is great. The location of the apartment is top, in a good area, friendly residents and a premium Holmes Place gym and Kaufland right outside the door. The host is super accessible! Will come again any time!

Bert's apartment was ideally located in a local neighbourhood with some great food options and transport links but a sensible 45 minute walk to the centre (Brandenburg Gate). Although he wasn't available when we were checking in (which he had pre-warned us about), Bert gave clear instructions on how to get the keys and let ourselves in. Despite being on holiday himself during our stay, he was always responsive with queries. Bert was a great host and his apartment worked great for our family (2 adults and two kids - 13 & 10). The Apartment has a spiral staircase and lots of art and literature - for younger families with wondering and sticky fingers, this may not be as suitable.

Landfront loft with lake access

Two of us spent three nights with Katrin in February. Check-in was flexible and the apartment was warm and welcoming. We felt right at home and enjoyed the tranquility. The amenities were outstanding, the kitchen was a dream, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. All in all one of the best AirBnB I've ever been to!

One of the best Airbnbs in terms of interior design. A lot of elegance, taste, and refinement in the decor, perfectly clean and well laid out. Located in a central neighborhood. There’s a café downstairs with amazing brunches. A romantic courtyard view under the snowy sky. Ben is responsive and very attentive.

Very good stay with Ute who is a friendly, responsive and reliable host. She also gives great tips about the city. Accommodation is as described, very comfortable and clean. Very quiet while being in the heart of the city. Public transport and convenience stores are within walking distance which is very convenient. No false notes for this stay that we will keep a good memory of.

Great little studio, very clean and well put together and was great for an extended trip to Berlin. Walkable distance to surrounding restaurants, and close to train station that take you into the city centre. Place was warm and had all the important ammenities making it a very comfortable studio to stay. Phil was super friendly and was also more than happy to help, one of the best hosts I’ve had on Airbnb.

A home away from home! Clean, quiet, in a safe neighborhood. Had everything I needed. I was sad to leave. Excellent location! In between Südkreuz train station on the S2 train line and Julius-Leber-Brücke station on the S1 line, which are only about 8 minutes from the apartment. There is a grocery store near the Julius-Leber-Brücke station as well.

Great to stay in an actual lived-in apartment in a nice neighborhood of Berlin. The space was lovely and the location excellent. We had a perfect stay. We did run out of some essentials (toilet paper, paper towels etc) but no big deal.

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s Artsy Apartment very much! It was centrally located, a quiet neighborhood, the kitchen was very well stocked and our teenage kids enjoyed crashing on the comfy sofas and the loft. Aaron was very friendly and flexible during our check in and he had wonderful suggestions of restaurant ideas close to the apartment. Aaron’s English was amazing! That was a bonus for our family speaking only a little German visiting our daughter studying abroad. On Wisconsin!
