Family-friendly holiday rentals in Mutley

5 stars on everything! Firstly the hosts are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Secondly the apartment is beautiful, well stocked with everything you might need and the view!!! The view looks amazing in the pictures but when you see it in real life, nothing compares. Dave that runs the reception/restaurant is worth his weight in gold and made my stay so much more pleasurable, again nothing was too much trouble! My children were being fussy eaters so he asked them what they would like to eat the next day and personally went to the shop to cater for them. I cannot recommend this Air BnB enough it will be one of your favourite experiences in life.

Our glamping lodge was fantastic, so cosy and peaceful, felt like our own little area in a woodland, waking up in the trees to bird song. Perfect for the dog. We arrived a bit late the first evening and took a while to warm up (January), but the second night we knew exactly what we were doing with the log burner and electric blankets and it was lush. Would definitely visit again. Thank you

We absolutely loved our time at Sara and Rob’s place. An idyllic location with great facilities at the barn. Sara and Rob were welcoming, kind, and patient. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful place to stay! Hut was very clean and warm! Hot tub was lovely however took about 5 bags to heat per night so recommend heating up with at least 4 hours! Duloe local town was lovely with a little community shop!

We had a lovely stay as a group of 6 adults. Staff were lovely and went the extra mile. The house we stayed in was exceptionally clean and tidy. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we would need. Would recommend to others.

Sheila was incredibly welcoming and friendly, gave us a quick walk through on how everything that we needed works. Was very attentive as we had a 7 month old with us. The flat has amazing views of sea with a lovely balcony to sit on, the hit tub was a lovely feature! It’s placed so it’s very private. The inside of the flat had everything you could need and with a large sliding door to make best use of the views! Would definitely stay here again!!

Our stay at Orchard Cottage was magical. Lower Marsh Farm is a beautiful setting and really helped my partner and I to truly relax. The cottage was such a relaxing environment to come back to after exploring cornwall, and the hot tub really made it extra special. Olivia was a superb hostess, and greeted us and talked us through where we could find local amenities and checked if we had any requirements. We absolutely loved it here and will be returning :))

We spend a week at Ringmore, but could have easily stayed several weeks due to the lovely atmosphere of the cottage, the village and the attractive surrounding. House and garden are beautiful. You can feel at home instantly. The house is bright and friendly and well equipped. The beautiful surrounding invites to stray around, walk to the beach, enjoy the landscape, walk the coastal path starting from the house at Ayrmer Cove, a small beach with amazing rocks. And have dinner at the Journeys End Inn with a very nice variety of food and of course ales. There are many more things to explore: lovely villages, churches, cathedrals, ports, gardens, museums, estuarys, Dartmoor, great coast ... The host Anna was very nice and gave us lots of information. Thanks a lot for staying at this special place and experiencing a wonderful atmosphere!

Such a cosy place in a nice peaceful setting and with a nice view from the window. This little place is just right for two people and one dog. Everything worked fine, everything was clean, hot water, nice shower, enough logs to burn the two days we stayed there, comfortable bed, and most importantly dog towels. So kind. It's very easy to travel with the car to the other towns around in Cornwall or Devon. Kate was really kind to provide us before we arrive with a list of recommendations for food or local attractions. It was nice to meet her old border collie too, very nice dog. It's just such a nice place and we would definitely recommend.

Beautiful location near to Seaton beach. Clean and everything we would possibly need. Very comfy beds. So peaceful, slept like a log. Thank you. We will be back!

We had a lovely time in Devon. Richard popped out to say hello on arrival and couldn’t be more helpful. The location is amazing, very remote but both Hope Cove and Bolberry Down are within walking distance, great for a retreat away from it all! We’d love to return in the summer to make the most of the beautiful garden!

Lovely little place in a great area. Very peaceful and beautiful. The house has everything you could possibly need for a long stay and we very much enjoyed it. Peter was very helpful and responded to our questions straight away. Would definitely recommend it 👌

Very stylish house right in the heart of the beautiful village of Calstock. It’s only a few steps to the quay. The house itself is very beautifully decorated and has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. It’s in a great position to explore this stunning area.

A great picturesque location, overlooking the river. Perfect for walks and just a short drive to many beaches. Inside it was very clean with modern appliances and a comfy bed. The welcoming biscuits and milk were a nice touch. While Bee was very friendly and on hand, if needed for any suggestions of good local places to visit and eat. We would definitely stay again.

amazing little gem, pool was great! location was ideal and very nicely tucked away in a little village. it was an absolute pleasure staying here and will definitely return!

Had a lovely couple of nights at Richard's place. We ended up staying in a different lodge called the rabbits but the area is beautiful, and there is lots of space between lodges so you are private. the lodges are beautifully designed and fantastic to stay in. If there was a downside, it would be the main road outside but once you are in the lodge, you can't hear much and it's it's pretty quiet at night. Would happily stay here again

Lovely accommodation in beautiful surroundings. Even more spacious than photos suggest. It was also wonderful to be able to do walks right from the property. Friendly hosts who greeted us and popped by to check we were OK and if they could help in any way. Baked treats and tea supplies when we arrived were a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely flat in a beautiful location. Absolutely stunning views.

Exactly what we wanted, private and quiet with gorgeous views. We were able to drive to explore. War by areas and return to the peacefulness of the cabin and surrounds. Amenities on the site were good too, local pub, small pool, reception., etc. The neighbors were friendly too. We were a family with two kids and a set of grandparents all fit comfortably in the house. The host was very helpful in giving instructions for parking as well as any other questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed over the Christmas week. It’s always a worry as to whether there will be sharp knives, enough trays while cooking Christmas dinner etc but I need not have worried as there was everything we could possibly have wanted. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and all items were clean, good quality and plentiful. The whole property was very comfortable, warm and spacious. Outside areas were accessed by the grandchildren, they enjoyed a daily swim. The system for booking is excellent. We managed to have a brief game on the tennis court and the children had a little time in the play hut and on the equipment. The zip line was a real hit. It would be lovely to be able to return when the weather would allow more use of the great outdoor facilities. Laura and Richard are great hosts. Brilliant communication prior to arriving. A great in person welcome too on arrival. We hope to return and can highly recommend Mullen at Pitt farm

The views are spectacular on three sides. We really liked it, spotlessly clean, well equipped and great value.
