Holiday rentals with breakfast in Nagano

They were very kind and polite, and we had a pleasant time. The breakfast was delicious. There were a lot of books, and it was relaxing. It seemed like I was obsessed with household items, and it was a good opportunity to reflect on my daily life. I heard a lot of valuable stories, and it was a fresh and meaningful time. Thank you very much.

Daniel and Sui were amazing hosts, a sweet couple, who spoke great English, fluent Japanese, and Mandarin. Daniel took us back and forth to Hirata train station in the mornings and evenings. from Hirata station, it's 6 minutes to Matsumoto Station. we couldn't find any lodging near Matsumoto station which is how we found the airbnb. We didn't explore anything near the Airbnb but Daniel did take us by his vegetable gardens. Matsumoto is a great city to explore with delicious food. Sui prepared locally grown organic Fuji apples, Asian pear, and persimmon as well as teas and coffee. They had a fire for us and we felt very comfortable in the shared living room and kitchen. we were able to borrow their refrigerator and both days Sui prepared fruit for us to take. she also taught me more about Japanese culture (we share a Taiwanese background). my daughter was very comfortable with both the hosts and wished to stay longer. I enjoyed meeting them and hope to see them again! thank you!

Staying at Noriko-san’s place was a highlight of our Japan trip. The house is beautiful, the two cats kept us company and we were cosy next to the fire in the living room. Noriko dropped us off to start the Nakasendo trail, took us to buy gloves and booked and dropped us at a beautiful neighbourhood omakase for dinner. The owner of the restaurant then dropped us home. It was an amazing 2 nights at Cotton House. Noriko prepared us breakfast both mornings as well. We loved the Japanese style breakfast.

I stayed with 6 people. We had a very good time checking in and checking out smoothly. The place was also close to the station, which was a car this time, but there was plenty of parking and very accessible. If you get another chance, thank you!

I would give 6 stars if I could, the hosts were always helpful and proactive. They gave us a ride from the train station. They also were able to drive us to the ski resorts and went above and beyond to help us.

His house is cozy and clean. The host is so kind and giving useful information. Very highly recommend for visit to Kofu.

We were greeted by a cheerful mother, a friendly father, and a cute cat. Thank you for a long time, and it was late at night.☺️ Rather than want to come back to Chichibu, it's a nice place to stay that I think I want to visit my mom and dad!! Next, I'll bring her or your wife, so thank you very much.😂😂

We enjoyed our stay at Hakuba West Coast Inn, Saiko was a lovely host who helped us make dinner reservations, organise our snow board equipment and gear rental amongst our other enquiries. Washing machine available for use which was handy. The accomodation was rustic and comfortable, it felt like staying at a relative’s home. Thank you for your warm hospitality Saiko!

It was a very beautiful hostel. The view from the window was also good and the atmosphere was calm. However, the owner was not available when I checked in, and even if I asked the employee, I waited for a moment. It is a bit disappointing that we had to wait about 30 minutes for check-in.

Great place to stay if visiting Hakuba, heaps of room for family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). Good location and has a free shuttle bus that can take you anywhere in the local area, with good recommendations of places to see and eat. Shuttle bus out the front to 3 ski fields makes it easy to get to the slopes. Great daily breakfast with a different meal each day to start the day off well. Dinners also went down well. Staff were all so super friendly and helpful, we won’t hesitate to rebook if (more so when) we come back to Hakuba. Thanks for letting us stay!

Such a perfect place for us for our anniversary trip to Hakuba! Everything was phenomenal; the comfort of the room, convenience of the location, and the food (included breakfast and the restaurants on-site!). We would recommend this place to anyone :)

John and Tracey are the definitive standard of AirBnB. They made everything very easy and fun. I could not recommend and stay that is better than this. If you plan to do any winter holidays in Japan, you cannot go wrong with John and Tracey.

Yuu-san welcomed me for the New Years holidays even though I made a reservation in the last moment. He and his family are very kind and welcoming. I enjoyed exploring the traditional New Year's meals and the musical selection every morning :) This artistic home is in a peaceful countryside area and great if you need to disconnect and find your creativity. Mickey, Mary and their team were great hosts. They have been very helpful and friendly and they took great care of us. We had an amazing week skiing in Hakuba with a great place to rest in the evenings.

Great location directly across from one of the ski lifts and a short walk to plenty of bars and restaurants. Great breakfast provided daily, comfortable rooms, bonus on zen but most importantly incredible staff that made our trip! They went above and beyond and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough ❤️

I had a wonderful time at Julian's Pension and can highly recommend this B&B to anyone. Katrina and Julian were really friendly and it was easy to communicate with them. Thanks to the advice from Katrina, I was able to experience their local Onsen, the Fujimi Panorama Resort and learned a lot of really interesting facts about the life in Japan. The private room and shared facilities were really clean and had everything I needed. Western style Breakfast and dinner was always delicous. There are still places in Fujimi I would love to visit and if it works out, I would really love to stay at this B&B again.

We happened to be the first visitors for this snow season. It was a comfy stay with breakfast; 3-min drive to Madarao ski resort; highly recommend
