Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Nagano

Thank you very much for the warm welcoming from the host. Two of our friends lost their luggages during the flight. The host help us a lot on the logistics. We appreciate a lot for his kindness. The house is very clean. The beds are comfortable and the stove in the living room is a feature highlight. It makes the hostel warm any cozy. Overall we are totally satisfied with our choice of this histel and we will definitely come back when we are going to hakuba skiing in the future.

Miwa's place is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of Japan's megacities. The house and neighborhood genuinely make you slow down and relax as you enjoy the slower pace of the countryside. Miwa and her mother were responsive and incredibly helpful. They prepared a book for you detailing nearby recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The house is comfortable and the amenities are generous. I highly recommend staying here if you would like to slow down a little bit and relax. Miwa's house is also conveniently located near some of the post towns of the Nakasendo trail like Magomejuku and Tsumagojuku.

The house is amazing. It is beautiful and comfy. Rooms are big enough to open our luggages. There is one shower indoor and one shower outdoor. We took bath at outdoor even when it was snowing :D You may park 2 cars in front of the house. So going out for meals or shopping is very convenient. All of my friends love it and saying that they would have book it again if they go snowboarding next time!! The response are always fast. Reuben, the manager, is funny and helpful. Just raise your question and he can help you for sure <3

We were on a ski trip from the United States. If there was any way to give our host and the property 6 stars we would. The scenery is spectacular and as noted in other reviews, the sauna and plunge tub are truly special. The facilities were spotless. Plenty of room for our gear and a pellet stove to add to the atmosphere. Our host could not have been more responsive and helpful. Takeshi assisted us with several dinner reservations, each of which were superb. We appreciate all that he did to make our stay memorable.

We had a fantastic stay at the cabin in Hakuba! The location was excellent—close to Echo Village with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it super convenient while still feeling peaceful and private. The cabin itself was cozy, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. Paul and Kana were incredibly responsive and helpful, which made everything from check-in to any questions during our stay seamless. Having the car included was a huge plus, making it easy to explore the area and get to the slopes. The cabin is a great size for a group of four, though it might feel a bit tight for six. While the two main bedrooms were very comfortable, the bedroom in the basement didn’t seem quite at the same comfort level. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, well-maintained place to stay in Hakuba!

This is a great place to stay! I highly recommend this place. This is not a "hotel", it's a clean, well organized old house. That mean.. 1. this house has lots of rooms. it's really great that people can have private space to stay during trip. 2. We shared 2 bathrooms. sometimes you need to wait for the bath. 3. Things are not "new", but everything works fine. 4. the place is really really cool. it's a place where you felt like you have chance to experience a different life style rather than just find a hotel to sleep. 5. Gabriel reply really fast during the stay. answered a lot of my questions. overall, this is a great place

We loved our stay at Daniel’s apartment in Iwatake! Everything was as described & pictured. Pick up and drop off to station great - as was the food shop at the start. All staff friendly. The drying room was very good and something we didn’t even know was a MUST! The new Gondala was very nice and the view from the top of the mountain was stunning. The ski lift near the apt did not open when we were there even tho there was so much snow which was disappointing. Daniel always responded to questions friendly and quickly and I would recommend these apartments for skiing families. Beds and amenities were great - the washer and dryer also handy. The apts are quite a distance away from most things in Hakuba (good and bad)- it cost me $50aud round trip to go to the shops (10 mins) to get some good and there really is not many restaurants or food close by and the cheap taxi would not collect from the apts. Some other guests were noisy and could be heard through walls. Would love to come back

Justin place was well equipped with all of the needs that would helps you have a great stay. From cooking utensils to oil, salt and pepper to netflix. Having towels and soap is something i would always expect at most accommodation but cooking your own meal made my stay nice and a break from restaurant food. I would highly recommend staying.

It was a very beautiful hostel. The view from the window was also good and the atmosphere was calm. However, the owner was not available when I checked in, and even if I asked the employee, I waited for a moment. It is a bit disappointing that we had to wait about 30 minutes for check-in.

We lived the blend of Japanese and German architecture. The view of Fuji was amazing. And the privacy of the outdoor bath was serene. I can’t wait until we can stay here again!

Thanks again! The communication between the host and the staff was very smooth, and we enjoyed our stay without any problems. We had a very meaningful time with decor, decor, and barbecue equipment. It is a nice accommodation that we would love to stay again.

Nataria’s place is beautiful and clean. The lodge looks exactly as shown in the pictures. The airbnb is located in a very quiet and beautiful forest. Tourist attractions are easily reachable as well which made this the perfect place to stay. Nataria was very welcoming and flexible. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed with 11 company friends and had a great experience. The response in advance was also very quick, and I think it was very cheap considering the Karuizawa market. The water, bedroom, bedding, etc. are also very clean, and we would definitely stay again if we have the opportunity. The wood stove was also an unusual experience, and all members were delighted with the experience.

It was a really great place to stay!The interaction was also very timely and accommodating to Frederie's detailed requests. I had a small child with me, but I enjoyed the room where the children could play and the garden where I could run around. The sauna was also a great and unforgettable trip.Thank you very much.
