In the backstreets on Namba, easy to get from Namba Station and Kansai International by train. Lots of local eating options and not far from Dotonbori. Very clean.

Everything was fine. They were clear and responsive when you needed it. The place was nice and peaceful—a good location between the two main stations.

It was close to the downtown area, and there were many famous restaurants nearby, so it was good to move around.

Super nice place to stay, good location & near to subway. Staff respond fast & helpful. Only a bit dusty as my husband & son hv sensitive nose. Overall super good! Near to supermarket & 7-11, super convenience & also suitable for those would like to do simple cooking. Highly recommended👍 Thanks🙏

Convenient transportation, tidy and clean house, the owner was very responsive, the instructions were clear, the house had two rooms, the space was good

The staff is very friendly, Audrey,Mr.Hide and Ai were very helpful. It is in a peaceful residential location, 15 min walk to the train station, where there is 2-3 malls, cafes, restaurants, mochi shops nearby and a couple of beautiful parks to walk around especially to see cherry blossoms, also very popular park to see cherry blossoms few train stations away! This is 30 minute trains away to Osaka or Kyoto. The room has a good bathroom, comfortable beds and tables to study and stay, We couldn’t use the kitchen , as it is only open to long term guests, ( more than 3weeks, unfortunately we only noticed that after booking) but allowed to warm up food and free drinking water refills. We ended up extending our stay for a few more days to stay here! Would definitely come back, Thanks for the help, Audrey and the recommendations, Ai!

Great location, very spacious apartment with all the necessary amenities, very affordable. Host communication is superb, very fast and helpful. However, the hospital is quite near the stay, therefore expect ambulance sirens in the early morning. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend staying here!

This apartment is the perfect place to stay to experience Kyoto a little off the beaten path. I wanted to get more out into nature near the outskirts of the city, Asami's apartment fit the bill wonderfully. I felt extremely welcome in the space, and was given helpful local recommendations for sights to see that fit my desires.

Had a great stay! The only downside is that you’d have to go up two flights of stairs with luggages, and although it’s within 10-15min walking distance with stations - I would say that it still takes a bit of time especially after a long day. However, for the space and comfort, it was definitely worth the price! Easy to get around too. Was also happy to have a washer and dryer, which made our 7-day stay very convenient. Overall a comfortable stay and lovely place!

a little bit off the normal path but we'll worth it. The bus was easy to get to and made travel easy along with taxi for a reasonable price you honestly couldn't go wrong with the place. There's 3-4 convenient stores and 2-3 markets and lots of small restaurants within a 5 minute walk. If visiting Kyoto this is definitely a good place to stay.

For people, it is a very nice place to stay. There are two air conditioners to make the house warm and comfortable. Thick and warm blankets. There is a floor table with a Japanese electric blanket, which the son loves. The kitchen does not have knives and cutting boards, but there are enough pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. There is no elevator. If a large suitcase or a person is old, it may not be convenient. For me, which is hard to sleep, easily awake, I could hear the car running in the early evening and the sound of the washing machine of the room next door, but it was not a problem with my husband and kids at all.

Good and easy communication, place as advised. We tried a couple of the local restaurant offerings and were very pleased!

Super satisfying homestay!!!Exactly like the pictures and very clean!!I love the decoration style, it is convenient to have a kitchenette, and there is also a balcony, but we have a general view of the balcony on the 3rd floor.Easy access to the airport, 5 minutes walk from the subway station, there is also a supermarket next to the subway station.You can hear a little subway at night, but it is not noisy, the keypad is very easy to check in, it is very suitable for the community, in any case, it is a super recommended!

Great apartment to stay for some days in Osaka. Great location to get around. The flat had all what you need and the bed is very comfortable. Clean and very practical. We enjoyed our stay very much. The check in was easy and the host was very helpful and answered very quick.

Great place to stay to get around Osaka, easy to access train station and the neighborhood was very quiet. The place was larger than we expected and had everything we needed for a few nights stay. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed well in a place with good accessibility at an affordable price!! Gohama Station is not far from Namba, so it was not unreasonable to travel.

Seth’s place was perfect and conveniently located near many beautiful landmarks. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. The view from the balcony was great and the neighborhood was super quiet, the most peaceful stay we have had in Japan so far. 10/10.

Very nice place for the price, right next to a bus stop and next to the Toji Temple so an amazing view when going outside.
