The house was very clean and Mr. Selim took care of any problems or questions very quickly. The place of the house is very nice, very close to the beach, 5 minutes from the historical elevator. It's quiet and peaceful. We are very satisfied, thank you for everything 🙏🏻

Mr. Ali and Ms. Nurdan were very interested from the first moment to the last. They asked if there was a constant need, they were really kind. The house is already great. A spacious house with 2.5 floors on a quiet and peaceful street. When I come to Izmir, my place to stay is now clear.

There was everything that should be in a house, from Tras foam to the ironing board. Cleaning and hygiene rules were followed. The area was safe and there was no parking problem. I stayed for 3 days in a convenient and central place. The sheets were clean and tidy and generally clean. Mr. Günay provides quick answers to questions, he helps me with a house where I can stay with peace of mind when I come back to Izmir. The location is also very central. People who will stay can stay with peace of mind.

Clean and comfortable apartment, fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. Several bottles of water were available upon arrival, which was a very nice touch. Located on a quiet street, yet just 2–3 minutes away from the metro, shops, and restaurants. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Izmir!

Stayed here for 3 days for a family wedding and was blown away by Berrin’s hospitality and responsiveness. The apartment was spotless and couldn’t pick out a single flaw. Berrin was extremely responsive and allowed a flexible check out given our flight time. Very detailed and straight forward of the check in and out process which made everything easier. Will definitely reserve with Berrin again!

Ramazan it a great and very responsive host his house was beautiful with a great surrounding clean instructions were given by him for check in and free parking is available nearby if you are renting car you can easily find parking near his house definitely I recommend his place to everyone and I gonna book his place for sure next time as well

It was peaceful, Clean and comfortable.

Place was great, owners answered every question i had in maximum 10 mins. Place is clean, lightning is great, has a great balcony. Location was great. (restourants, coctail places, coffee shops etc.)

I can say that the house is one of the most beautiful sites in Izmir, its location, its safety and the view are priceless. The host, Mr. Çağrı, is a very nice person with a warm heart. A very friendly and accommodating host. The apartment was small but nice. Completely sufficient for two people. Has everything you need for everyday life. In addition, it was very clean. As a bonus, you still have the view.
