Beach house holiday rentals in Natal

The house was exactly as presented in the listing. I already knew Natal and this time I took my family. Because it is located very close to the beach and the shopping on foot gave us greater freedom. And the night is quiet without any noise from partying etc. Old house, but very well kept and therefore ample, relying on everything we need. The caretaker Zelador João was very responsive, helpful and promptly came up with small common problems (1 shower with burnt resistance and 1 leakage). Safe house, overlooking the sea, nets with breeze on the balcony, swimming pool "spa" for being shallow, always with water well ttda by João. Extremely cozy house! The wonderful location with a practically private beach! We were delighted with everything. We love the environment, organized with all the kitchen utensils! Everything very clean and organized, the pool is great size! We spent wonderful days there, we want to go back! 🥰

Huge pool, cozy rooms, comfortable home. The kitchen is small and the refrigerator was not cooling very well, but there is another refrigerator outside that supplied us well.

I went to Christmas with three more friends to enjoy Carnatal. Edvaldo was an excellent host. It always responded to me quickly and clarified all my doubts. House is exactly like in the pictures, I would say even prettier. Miguel and Mariquinha who are the homemakers welcomed us very well Miguel showed me the whole house always with a smile on his face. They actually live in the lower part of the house, but that was no problem for us at all. Super recommend Edvaldo's house!

The house is big, comfy and cozy. On the lower floor there are 2 suites (with 1 bathroom each), plus a bathroom. In the upper it has 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. In the back has a gate that directly accesses the beach. The house has covered garage for 2 cars, electronic gate, doorbell at the gate, pump pit (no lack of water), electric fence, external security cameras, shower in the backyard; barbecue tables and all barbecue utensils; sun guard, beach chairs, microwave, air fryer, electric oven, washing machine, clothesline for clothes in the backyard, 2 TVs and all rooms have air condic. split with control. Very important for those who come from the South of Brazil, the seawater there is hot until in the morning, it looks like a heated pool. The beach is very clean and has little movement. Near the house has several attractions, the buggy of the dunes can come to the house to pick you up. We welcome and helpful hosts, everything perfect, we recommend.

We spent great days in Natal, the accommodation was everything needed for comfort and use during lodging. The house is like the ad, comfortable and clean. Sou potiguar so I know the city well. The house is about 15 minutes walk to the beach. Tranquilo to go during the day. At night I recommend getting out by car. We stayed 13 days and already felt living at the address. Good memories with the family (me, my husband, our daughter and my mother-in-law) at meals on the wooden table that overlooks the pool. The living room has a large TV. The large and cozy upper bedroom and in the bathroom has an electric shower. The kitchen is not large but very functional. There is a small service area where we washed laundry in the machine and left to dry (this area is communal with the 4 apts that there are on the same land as the house but the way they are located provides a lot of privacy for those who rent the house, besides we have no problem about it because it didn't even seem like there were any more guests there) The Dalva and Gerlaine were very attentive. The house in itself has a good vibe. Quiet place to arrive and recharge while enjoying your stay in Natal.
