The excellent stay. One of the best points of Ponta Negra. Clean and tidy apartment, with all new. Beach at Flat's door. To go to night hotspots and most restaurants on foot, you'll have to face a heavy slope ( use a car with easy parking, UBER cheap and fast, or make a big effort, before the trip, at the gym. Despite the parking space limitation, I was always able to park.

We had a wonderful weekend! The house has accommodated my family very well, and look that my family is big rsrs... The house is super spacious, has 9 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and also has large pots, great for those who travel with many people, just like our trip. It has a perfect playground for children, our children had a lot of fun. It also has a place for many networks. The house is very close to the sea, with some stalls close by. Marjorie and Damião were amazing hosts. The house is beautiful, better than in the description, smelling bedding, white and smelling towels, kitchen equipped with quality things, we can cook, and enjoy. The beach near the house is wonderful, it is not trendy, it has no street vendors, it is a peace. The house has umbrella chairs, everything you need to enjoy the beach. The new house is very well taken care of, and very clean. The house is impeccable!

The house is big, comfy and cozy. On the lower floor there are 2 suites (with 1 bathroom each), plus a bathroom. In the upper it has 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. In the back has a gate that directly accesses the beach. The house has covered garage for 2 cars, electronic gate, doorbell at the gate, pump pit (no lack of water), electric fence, external security cameras, shower in the backyard; barbecue tables and all barbecue utensils; sun guard, beach chairs, microwave, air fryer, electric oven, washing machine, clothesline for clothes in the backyard, 2 TVs and all rooms have air condic. split with control. Very important for those who come from the South of Brazil, the seawater there is hot until in the morning, it looks like a heated pool. The beach is very clean and has little movement. Near the house has several attractions, the buggy of the dunes can come to the house to pick you up. We welcome and helpful hosts, everything perfect, we recommend.

I have no words to describe how good hosts Vitor and Isabela are, for an instant, I imagined it to be some kind of scam because I have never seen such cordiality in 2 years that I am at Airbnb. We had a great unforeseen event that culminated in the delay to check in and they readily understood and helped us. They are polite, responsible, proactive and always willing to respond and assist us. The apartment is very good, has a sea view, very clean, impeccable organization. The beachfront is under construction so I opted for other walks, but I believe that when it all ends a differential the condominium will have well ahead. Thank you again for everything!

The apartment is very nice, as you can see in the photos, and everything was very clean. It is close to the pharmacy, bars, restaurants and you can do everything on foot, including going to the beach. Fernanda was super thoughtful and kind. The swimming pool is really small, but since it was not our intention to use it, it made no difference. Rs. Despite being close to bars and restaurants, the apartment is not noisy. Super peaceful. We love it!

Fantastic accommodation. Two full bathrooms, showers with very good pressure and hot water. Very comfortable bed. Aires conditioning works very well. The carport included is very useful and comfortable. Very safe building. Good beach options. Great place.
