Incredible place, you have everything you need and the most breathtaking view! Host was super helpful and responsive, (even advised on places to eat on our way to Airbnb) we had a few incidents on the way and arrived way later than planned but host was still happy to welcome us, helped with bags and everything! 100% recommend and 100% would come back! The best thing about renting such Airbnb is not just about getting some exquisite or exotic stay but also the part of meeting some fantastic hosts… The best part about this apartment is the lovely view, tucked off yet in driving distance to places of essentials, neat clean and pristine… But the ultimate part is the super lovely Piano teacher turned lovely host who will definitely bring a smile on your face when you meet him! My stay was 6 weeks and I look back on it positively. It is a place where you can really relax. The place is very comfortable and had everything I needed. The nature and hiking opportunities nearby are fantastic. Solgunn is a very good hostess. Very considerate and very helpful. She gave very good tips and invited me to walks and activities. I can recommend this place to anyone!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. We hiked, explored and cycled our surrounding area. The use of bikes was fantastic and the views from the windows were great. The space was always warm. We had an issue with a lot of flies because they had bred in a window frame (which we had opened) but we understand it’s not the owners fault and apart of rural living. If you’re in Vik it’s a great place to stay to be apart of a beautiful location.

Florence has a very cozy house, perfect for a visit to the area. The location is close to UWC RCN, which was ideal for us. Communication with Florence was excellent, everything went very smoothly. A recommendable place to stay!

We have been here before and will be back. Hosting is very welcoming, has lots of suggestions and tips and puts us in touch with other very talented people in the local environment. Ex ski guide which for us was "one of a kind". We enjoy ourselves from morning to evening and beautiful location is hardly found.

Everything about our stay at Juv was just wonderful. The property was so lovingly and tastefully presented, with incredible views out the windows. It was very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Our host Ronnaug was so friendly and had brilliant suggestions for local attractions. I just wished we could have stayed longer! We treated ourselves to some jam from the farm, which was just delicious especially when eaten with Norwegian brown cheese - both bought from the farm shop. Loved every moment of our stay here - highly recommended!

Staying here was an incredible experience. My wife and I were in awe of the spectacular views of the tranquil fjord, the snow-capped mountains around us, and the gushing waterfall next to the house. We used the kitchen a lot during our stay and immediately fell in love with it. It is the best stocked airbnb kitchen we have come across. Cooking in it felt so natural and everything was easy to find. The living room was also a highlight- it is spacious and, as the description says, it easily fits several guests but it still felt cozy with only us two. And of course, the hot tub was perfect to relax in on cold and windy evenings as the sun went down. It is clear Hans and Emily have put so much care and thoughtfulness into making this cabin a home for their guests. Their attentiveness extends beyond the house too and when the conditions were right to see the northern lights, they eagerly messaged us to make sure we didn't miss it. Every moment we spent here was a delight.

Such a beautiful place! It felt like visiting a friend's house; so very homey and warm with all their sweet photos. The view was incredible- we loved taking our time in the morning, drinking coffee and just staring out at the fjord! We had everything we needed to be comfortable and Lindy was very responsive. I would love to visit again someday.

A true gem, a lovely, small house in a peaceful area surrounded by breathtaking scenery. We stayed there for two weeks and loved every minute of it. The host, Ann Iren, is a friendly woman who immediately makes you feel at home😊. If you love nature and peace and quiet, that's the place for you. We really recommend it!

If you are looking for peace and relaxation as close to nature as possible, this is the place to be. Britt was super sweet and helpful with all our questions. Photos can hardly show how beautiful the landscape is. Glad to come back

Enjoyed staying here. We were blessed with good weather after many days of rain and it made the location just spectacular. We really enjoy just sitting on the deck and looking out at the landscape. We had everything we could need. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Janne.

We stayed at Ola's house and was the best decision when visiting the area. The house was so spacious which could host a big family too. It was very cozy and always kept warm so we really didn't need to turn on any heating system. The kitchen is very modern with induction system. All basic kitchen ware could be found. The house was sparkling clean and in the bathroom you had the option of shower, bath tub and also sauna! The magnificent view could be found all around the rooms which was awesome. I haven't had such a relaxing sleep in a while, watching over the fjord, a complete dream. Ola was very attentive and friendly which made us feel as home all the time. We went to a fishing tour with his son Ola which we found so much fun! His knowledge was surprising for such a young age and he was very talkative and friendly. A very nice young man. I can't recommend Ola's place enough. We hope to come back soon! Thank you so much Ola and Ola Jr!

Awesome location!! We stayed here to visit Loen and Briksdalsbreen. The weather was a bit off so we had to stay inside for the most part, so we couldn't enjoy the outer amenities. The house was very well, renovated, very cozy and well furnished. We enjoyed our stay besides the weather.

A great stay! We went there for a local beer festival, which was in a walking distance. The place is greatly located above a convinient store, so it was easy to get food etc. The place is like home comfortable and nice. The beds were super soft. Lise Katrin was super helpful and inviting host, where we got great information and communication.
