Beachfront holiday rentals in Neath Port Talbot

Laura’s place was just what we needed. It was within walkable distance to everything we needed. The neighbourhood was very quiet. Our stay was very peaceful and a great place to chill out.

This was our second stay here, which says it all - everything is perfect - the excellent location, beautiful decor, pristine cleanliness, comfortable beds etc etc ….100% recommend

Beautiful house in a quiet cul-de-sac yet only 10 minute walk to the beach. Very spacious and with quality fixtures and fittings. The bed was soooo comfy as were the sofas etc. The kitchen was very well equipped and the house has a lovely garden too. Clearly Christopher and family go to great lengths to ensure the house is clean and tidy and guests want for nothing, thank you! A+++

Really enjoyed staying here. So close to the beach and shops and restaurants. And a short drive away from the city centre. Definitely stay here again.

We loved our little family break at Limetree Cottage. It is a beautiful building, well looked after and full of all the things you’d need for your time away. Lee has thought of everything. The location is stunning and fab for a holiday with kids - walks, beaches and ice creams only minutes from your front door!

A wonderful family home containing everything you need. It is comfortably and well furnished. The children's room was very welcome and well used by our children. The house is very well placed and the parking area was extremely useful. It is a great base for exploring Swansea and the surrounding area with pretty beaches very close by. The Mumbles is well served with shops and restaurants and only a few minutes walk from the house. We had 6 fabulous nights and would definitely return again. Kathryn is a very responsive and welcoming host. Thank you for having us.

Just back from a wonderful few days staying in Sea Breeze. The house is just as described, better in fact. Spotlessly clean with a lot of thought and care into what is provided. Fantastic location and outlook. Sofa and beds were so comfy. Nathalie and Huw are lovely and extremely quick to respond and even popped over to say “hello”. If ever we are in Mumbles again we definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. You couldn’t want for anything more.

The house is in a great location for the beach and local amenities. Aberavon beach is amazing, and the facilities are really great. The kids loved the beach and local free splash-park. Fiona was on hand to welcome to the house and give good tips on local sights to see. Amazing sunsets from the sea front too!

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb. It was very clean, had everything we needed and the hosts were responsive. The location is lovely on the seafront.

Receiving keys and check in was a nightmare . No instructions emailed. Don’t book and arrive outside Home From Home office hours. Also their Oystermouth Office long way from the Unit. High hassle and stressful if arriving on a Sunday. The House was spacious and comfortable with all facilities.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lara’s enjoying the beach and eateries on the doorstep all good for visiting with a dog. Observations which did not impact our stay or our review score but should be noted and are easily fixed: kitchen lacked essentials on our visit including wine glasses, cereal bowls, tea towel, any saucepans and a toaster; WiFi needed to be restarted frequently to get reliable connection otherwise streaming tv buffers or crashes; few small bits of cosmetic redecoration needed

Lovely little spot resting just a short 10 minute walk into the main area of Swansea. It was nice to be slightly tucked away from the chaos. The space was bigger than I expected, the host was extremely responsive, helpful and kind, and I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone! Great price for what you get.

Annie made us feel right at home, although she was a little tired, she made us feel comfortable and relaxed and not on edge about being shiny new. It was a fantastic experience as she gave us a great insight into van life. There was plenty of plates, cups, cutlery, bowls, pots and pans so plenty to make use of the gas camping cooker on board. There was plenty of storage room to accomodate camping chairs, clothes, towels, bedfing, pillows. Take an extension lead if you want to stay on an electric hook up. There was a toilet on board but utilise the ones out and about if you can. The seating in Annie when converted into a bed was very comfortable. So had two good nights sleep. The pick up was straight forward and communication with the hosts was great too. They were so accomodating. Loved it. Fab and would definitely love to revisit the whole experience again in the future.

Our hosts property was lovely and they responded quickly to any queries, no matter how small. Would definitely recommend.

A lovely home in a fantastic location, walking distance to a beautiful sand beach, lots of cafes, activities etc.

Having stayed in the marine quarter on several occasions we'd always driven past the Meridian Tower and wandered what it would be like to stay there. So when we were looking for a listing that would take five of us and this showed up we took it instantly. Three views are spectacular (we were lucky with the weather though). Except for a bit of confusion with getting the keys which was resolved before we arrived all communication was prompt and supportive and the apartment is exactly as described. Good location for the city centre, supermarket and the beach. Would happily stay again. (Please be aware that you're only a couple of floors below a bar and restaurant so will hear a little bit of noise but at 10pm exactly it all stops and we never had any problems)

Fantastic place!! Booked for a girls birthday weekend. The host was brilliant. The accommodation was amazing, lots of space and spotlessly clean. Hot tub was a great addition. There are pubs, chip shop and coffee shop within minutes. The beach and coastal walks are on the door step! Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely loved this amazing venue and the warm welcome we received from Jitu. The cottage is incredibly well equipped and has the loveliest of views. Our only disappointment was the checkout time of 9:30am which was very early on the last day of long weekend. We do understand that new guests were arriving, but felt that as standard check in time is 5pm it could have been a little bit later. All in all we had a fabulous, much needed break away from our pressured jobs and Mac the Leonberger loved it too. We hope to come back again!

The house is very comfortable and beautiful, and although there is a steep drive, the location makes it worthwhile. Cat and Jono had a booklet giving loads of information about the house itself (house rules) and what was nearby. There was no 'you can't do this/touch this'…everything was accessible to us. I was in complete awe of both the boot and the utility rooms! The games room, with table tennis, pool, darts had a TV with comfy settees to relax in whilst watching or playing. There is a lawn in front of the games room, so the dogs were sorted; there was also no way the dogs could escape. There were lovely views from the front of the house of the sea.. Rotherslade and Langland bays are short walks away with cafés and restaurants. The bus stops below take you into Mumbles, Swansea and Caswell Bay. We had a wonderful time celebrating our 50th Anniversary with our children and grandchildren. Our hosts could not have been more helpful or accessible, even providing beautiful weather!

This is a gem of a location. Easy walk down to the beach (not so easy to walk back up) and walkable from pubs and restaurants in Mumbles. The house is fantastic with bags of charm and creative character. Would happily return.

We stayed with my Mother who has mobility issues and she had no issue navigating the open floor plan. If you have elderly people with you, this place is perfect for them in Swansea. The views are amazing! The photos do not do it justice with the 360 degree views of Swansea and miles and miles beyond. Host was proactive and responsive to any questions. Would love to stay here again next time we are in South Wales.

This is the second time I’ve stayed with Jitu. The place is in a lovely area and Jitu is always very responsive and flexible.
