On 50 square meters we offer a place with cozy warmth through the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months, the recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the weather) can be used in the garden.

The former village church is situated in a 1,600 square meter property, right in the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Enclosed on all sides, it's an ideal retreat without being “out of the world.” In the morning sun in front of the sacristei, in the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Farm: Live differently.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living room and kitchen area are very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. Toilet is a separate room. Wi-Fi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable.
