Cozy home with charm

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace on the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Way of St. James, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You have the entire upper part of the house to yourself! The apartment is not lockable because of the emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not well suited for allergy sufferers, with physical restriction and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Mit dem Auto ist man in einer guten halben Stunde am Nürburgring, an der Ahr, am Ruhrsee oder im Phantasialand Brühl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 km Entfernung. Hunde nach Absprache willkommen.

Very nice apartment with hot tub (use not included in the price, please read the listing completely, thank you), large terrace and massage chair. Very nice bedroom. Kitchen, living room and dining room available in one room. Breakfast can be booked. (for only 10 euros per person ) Kitchen is fully equipped. Walking bubble bath and foot massager available. Unique apartment with antique quarry wall and truss! Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen-living room with fireplace. A nice private seating area with barbecue is located in the enclosed courtyard. For a dog we charge a one-time fee of €30,-, for each additional 15,-€ , will be paid on site. Internet via fiber optic.
