Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in New England

Tammy’s place was amazing! We couldn’t ask for a better place to spend time on our mid-coast Maine getaway. The house was easy to find, squeaky clean and super comfortable and cozy. It was minutes to Boothbay Harbor’s boat tours, shops and restaurants, Maine Botanical Gardens and their Giant Trolls, and other sites. Tammy was only a text or call away to answer questions or give suggestions. We loved every minute and would not hesitate to book with Tammy again.

We stayed with extended family for an early holiday get together. The house was spacious and well laid out. It was spotless and well-decorated. Felt like staying at a friends home. The host was extremely responsive which was appreciated. Would highly recommend!

This was our second time back to the pool house and it was amazing, again. We thinks of everything to make you feel welcome. Milk and eggs in the fridge. Muffins and croissants waiting for you. Pristine home. Fully stocked kitchen. I was even able to host a few family members for Christmas dinner and had everything I needed to make a lovely dinner. We also travel with two dogs and Sue is so accommodating, making our pups feel right at home. Thank you, Sue, for making our holidays away from home so peaceful and enjoyable.

We loved staying at Hope's place. We use Airbnb quite frequently and she was one of the most accommodating and communicative hosts we've ever had - and not in an overly, annoying way. The house was spacious, clean and in a great location. We would absolutely stay here again.

Love Mika's place so much! This is our second stay and can't wait to come back. Simple perfection. Loved visiting the farm animals, the friendly big dogs, the beautiful lake and yoga studio. Just a hot plate and toaster oven but still managed to cook full dinners in the minimalist kitchen. All the essentials with elegance and style. Wish we could spend all our vacations here!

Everything about this place is wonderful. The cabin is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need (including all you need to prepare and enjoy a lobster dinner). We cooked quite a bit while we were here and really appreciated that we could find everything that we have in our own home! One of the best things about this place is the location - remote, quiet, away from the touristic area, surrounded by trees and water. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee and taking in the incredible view! The fire pit next to the water was also a big hit with the kids. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Maine.

My husband and I, along with our two adult children needed a place close to extended family. We chose this place for the proximity the marsh. Even in December, we were able to walk the marsh and to the beach several days; stopping at Flamingo's for coffee & GF breakfasts. With 3 bathrooms, both kids had their own, and 3 levels meant we could spread out and get alone time. The kitchen is conveniently between the dining and living space, again spreading out and yet together-whether we were making a quick breakfast or reheating leftovers. We never used the main floor heating unit, choosing to use the fireplace instead. (Close the upstairs bedroom doors to keep them cooler.) Even when it was too cold to walk, we had views of the marsh from every window. The extra parking was helpful since our son drove up, our rental, and my sister-in-law came to get my daughter and I to drive down to Boston. We did our usual walk on nearby Marginal Way, and shopping/eating in Portsmouth. Loved it!

Nadine's condo is a gem! Situated in the charming, lively St-Roch neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance, and conveniently located to explore Vieux-Quebec. The condo is super clean, quiet, comfortable, nice big windows. The heated garage was especially appreciated for visiting Quebec City in January - safe, well lit, and nicely sized car spaces for easy parking. Nadine and husband Pierre are kind, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. Check-in/check-out instructions were clear, and there are lots of great recommendations in the condo's guidebook; everything exceeded expectations. Merci, Nadine, c'est parfait ! I will definitely return :)

The location and comfort can’t be beat. We stayed at the professor’s flat for a full semester while I was teaching at Yale and it was perfect for a couple and a cat. We even had a couple of friends visit and stay over comfortably during that time. We truly lived in the place like it was our home, because it felt like it: it was cozy, and despite a smaller kitchen than we’re used to, it was well equipped, and we were able to cook a lot and even host dinner parties. It’s very conveniently located to everything in New Haven/the East Rock neighborhood & we walked everywhere. Also very convenient to the freeway. A parking spot was included in our rent as well. Remy, Hilary and Sal were always responsive and ready to take care of anything that needed attention. Remy also gave us and all the tenants extras like baked goods, and samples of her great Italian cooking on occasion (around the holidays). They also gave us fire logs for the fireplace we used our entire last month in town.

My family enjoyed our stay at Tanya’s place. The house was beautiful and the rooms were spacious. Tanya’s recommendations were helpful, and there was plenty to do in Harlem, including shopping, restaurants and a comedy club. However, we spent most of our time in downtown Manhattan, which was an easy train ride away. Great NY vacay!

This was a great place in a quiet location not far from portland downtown. Having 2 separate bedrooms was a huge plus. Couches are very comfortable

Had such a wonderful getaway at Clare's place in Montauk. Wanted to get out of the city and it was perfect. Clare was so friendly and communicative. Very quick with a recommendation (needed because we went in the office season). Felt right at home and the location was so close to the lighthouse and a beautiful beach across the street. Very affordable and very accommodating to our dogs. We will definitely be visiting again.

What a wonderful spot! We stayed for the weekend with our daughter and a couple of friends. Great location only about 12 minutes from the metro, and tons of cool shops and restaurants right within walking distance. The space itself was very cozy, and had everything you could need for a nice stay. Also had some great architectural details. Would stay again!

I’ve stayed in this home several times. The home is beautiful with a nautical theme throughout. Norm is always friendly, proactive, and responsive. It’s very quiet in a gorgeous New England setting. It’s like a second home when I’m in Little Compton.

Great spot in Owl's Head. Super quiet and has a nice dedicated parking spot. Blue door makes it easy to spot, but be aware because Google maps seems to want to take you past the house. The kitchen was well stocked and the living space is comfortable. Would love to have an ottoman for the chairs (I'm a little short) but no real complaints. You can hear the ocean sometimes and the neighbors are friendly. Had a great stay.

We had a fabulous stay in Okemo! The ski on ski off was incredibly convenient and parking was a breeze!

This condo in Ocean Towers is exactly as advertised! This was our third trip to Ogunquit and second time staying in Ocean Towers. This unit exceeded our expectations! Everything is new and fresh and very well appointed. It’s comfortable beachy feel is better than the photos! The location is very convenient and a short walk into Ogunquit, to Ogunquit Beach, and the Marginal Way. Nice pool for a dip or cocktail before dinner and beautifully maintained grounds. Bonus amenities were the king size bed, beautifully tiled bathroom/shower and the in unit washer and dryer! No complaints—this is a great condo with parking! Definitely consider it for your next Ogunquit trip! We will!

Natasha was a great host. Always responded quickly to any of my inquiries and helped to make adjustments to my booking without giving me a hard time. The place was clean and had everything we needed at a great price, just a 10 minute walk from the village. I’d be looking forward to go to Tremblant again and would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Very clean and very well-equipped apartment. Very well located in relation to the city center. Nice view. Responsive host, I highly recommend.

GREAT home base for exploring the Smuggler's Notch/Stowe area. House suited our family of four perfectly, and could fit a couple more easily. Heated pool just steps from the unit was a nice bonus. A couple things to be aware of, though. Booking through AirBnB does not give you access to the pools/amenities of Smuggler's Notch resort. We bought "Daycation" passes for one day and it was more than enough for our kids (ages 11 and 8), but if you need several days of pools (aside from the heated pool in community), it'll start to get expensive. Also, there isn't central A/C, just wall units the bedrooms, and there isn't any television other than basic cable (we brought a Roku, and it worked great). All minor issues, though, and nothing that prevented us from having a great trip!

We had a fabulous stay at Gabriel's place. Between myself and my 3 children, there was something for everyone to do on the grounds of the property and the condo unit itself was well equipped, clean, stylish and comfortable. My only regret was not staying longer :)
