Very convenient location and it would probably be walkable to several restaurants if it hadn’t been so cold during our stay (and we seemed to need to eat late at night when it would have been colder…🙄). The condo was great and fit our needs well. We didn’t do any cooking, so can’t comment on kitchen equipment, but previous reviews are correct about lack of blinds and curtains. Top floor bedroom curtains don’t even cover the window completely, and the main floor is exposed to anyone in the back of the house because there’s no window coverings at all. If that matters to you, just be aware. Nice place with plenty of room. With a separate bathroom for each bedroom plus a half bath on the bottom floor, it was perfect for our girl’s weekend!

A fabulous find!! Tucked away in a safe, beautiful neighborhood walking distance to many coffee shops, restaurants, etc. A cozy, well decorated and thought out space — perfect for a weekend getaway. Exactly as pictured and described. Parking was easy with no issues finding street parking at any time of day. Joseph is readily available, responsive and extremely friendly/accommodating. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful place for a peaceful getaway and some much-needed R&R. Definitely recommend it!

Great Hosts. Great AirBnB. Location is in perfect walking distance to multiple restaurants and some sightseeing places. Area is very quiet 🤫 . Slept so well. I highly recommend this place and I personally will book myself again here.

Dana's property was centrally located which worked well for a wedding we were attending. Her place was clean, comfortable, and had a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Her instructions were clear and her communication was quick and helpful. I would definitely stay at this location again!

We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this home. Our party had 8 people. There was so much room and privacy that we didn't feel on top of each other. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms top notch, amazing kitchen, 2 refrigerators, 2 sets of washer/dryer, all supplies you need. Just bring your belongings and food, that's it. Everything was in walking distance, shops, restaurants, attractions. You don't need a car. Kevin responded immediately when I had a question. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay there again in the future. 5 STAR all the way.

Very responsive when messaging. The home is beautiful and accommodated my group with the space! Lots of stairs, but great for a workout. 😊 We would recommend staying here.

Ray’s place was a wonderful stay for my friends who were visiting from out of town. They had nothing but wonderful things to say about the property, and the communication was top notch throughout the trip.

Irina’s place is in a great location on the Southside. Walkable to many restaurants, bars and other Chattanooga attractions. Irina’s place was incredibly clean and a perfect fit for my wife and I to enjoy. Irina was very responsive to all our questions, even before we checked in. I would highly recommend staying at Irina’s place and we will try to book there again when we visit again soon.

Location can not be beat! Coffee shops and eateries all around... Velo, Southside Pizza, MainSt Meats, Adelle's, Slick's Burgers, Neidlov's.... all within walking distance... and weather was perfect for it! Unit was quaint, clean, and just what we needed for an extended weekend getaway!

The inside looked exactly like the pictures but the outside was even more gorgeous than what the pictures show, it was clean and the communication was phenomenal. The host even left us a s’mores welcome gift. The instructions were very clear and the beds were comfy!! 10/10 place that I’ll definitely stay at again! The river gorge view on the way to the place is amazing and really a hidden gem here

Lauren’s home was perfect for our family. Close to so many attractions, full of amenities, and super clean. Lauren was the perfect host and was always available! Would stay here again!

Our stay at this place was amazing. Check-in was easy and the host reached out multiple times with recommendations and to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is as described, great lay out and met our needs completely. We spent a week in Chattanooga for spring break. This place is centrally located to the aquarium, Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as you are right next to downtown. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. If you want value for your dollar you cannot beat this place. Highest recommendation!

We are moving from Texas so we needed a temp place to live so I can start my work while we sale our house in Texas. We didn't really know which area to book and the reviews for this location was all very positive so I took a chance and booked this place. My husband and I absolutely love the location because it was safe, friendly and close to everything. There was so much to do and we were able to walk everywhere. The condo looked just like the pictures online and it reminded us of our first condo in Ohio when we first got married. We stayed at this location for 1 month and would have stayed longer. However, our Texas house sold quickly so we had to find another place with a fenced in yard so we can bring our dogs from Texas. We highly recommend this place because it's in a great location, the condo is very clean and the host is very helpful and responsive.

Beautiful! Everything you would need in an airbnb. Hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner provided in case you forgot yours. Comfortable beds! Sound machines in each bedroom. Felt like i was walking into a spa when I first walked in! It is surrounded by church parking lots and a slightly busy road, but we never ran into an issue. If you wanted something a little more private, this may not be for you.

Davey’s place was perfect! It was just as the pictures and clean! The location is ideal because it was 10 minutes or less from everything I planned. When I had a question, he was fast to respond and that made all the difference. I would definitely be back to stay again!

Great place and location. We found it very easy to walk to the free shuttle and get downtown. Plus there was plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Brad's place was perfect for our vacation. The house was clean, spacious, and accommodating. Basic amenities (coffee pods, sugar, dish detergent, hand soap, etc.) were provided and we were all thankful for that. The living area and kitchen provided us with a spacious and comfortable area to gather together as a group. We weren't aware the house did not have TVs in the bedrooms. The provided pictures don't show all four walls of the bedrooms. Updating pictures or clearly stating the omission of TVs could be helpful for future guests. We were excited to use the outdoor space and fire pit upon our arrival! We followed the clearly-printed instructions, but we could not get the propane tank to work. It could have been user-error, but I don't think the tank was operable. The house is located in a convenient area. We visited several places during our stay and all were 5-20 minutes away from the house. Overall, our stay at Brad's place was exactly what we were looking for for our getaway!
