Family-friendly holiday rentals in Nishinari Ward

I stayed for two nights and three days. All the facilities are beautiful and have more supplies than you can imagine?There was, and I felt that it was not enough for 3 days, which is frustrating! There are plenty of 24-hour supermarkets, not only a station, but also restaurants, convenience stores, and a rental car shop nearby, so I didn't want to worry about it!

The host is quick to respond, and the room is simple and clean, but there is some noise at night because it is on the street side.The location is also good. It is more convenient to go to Umeda. It is difficult to get a car to go to Shinsaibashi, but the location is not expensive to get a car.

The host is enthusiastic, welcoming and introducing the surrounding restaurants.Japanese tatami house is different from traditional hotel, fully enjoy Japanese traditional living, quiet surroundings make me relax in an instant. If you want to feel the unique charm of a family built in Japan and experience the novelty of sleeping tatami, choose this one!I'm sure you'll love this place as much as I do.

I stayed at the university entrance examination.It was close to the station, and it was a very good environment.

Overall, a great stay. I let Hong know that I knew the area well so no worries about my stay, so the host let me be. The house is easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. While my party was only three, it was nice to have a whole house to yourself as everyone had their own space to move around. Not many places where you have a real kitchen and living room. Bedrooms were also separate and on the second floor. The walk to public transit was also short, and the reason why I selected this place. Very satisfied.

Clean and nice space for large groups!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Yoshihiro was excellent with communication and very helpful. We received a lovely welcome note and basket of treats. The apartment is spacious with two tables to sit at and a kotatsu which my adult children loved. The kitchen has everything you need although we ate out as there are many restaurants to choose from. There is a nice Nepalese / Indian restaurant close by. There are stairs up to the property and inside, which everywhere in Japan tend to be steeper than the UK. The apartment was clean and tidy and had different towels available, the bedding, (December) was very cosy. The area around is modern with excellent pavements and there are several rail stations close by, JR Shin-Osaka is around a 15 minute walk and we used another closer station about 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again if we came to the Osaka area.

The host was so kind and friendly, cleaned up the rooms everyday when we were out, they even did the laundry for us! That is incredibly kind! We felt grateful! Will definitely stay again next time coming to Osaka Thank you so much! And hope to see you soon !

It was an easy to find place and we were provided with a guide on how to use the equipment with their respective translations. Located in a comfortable place from where you can go to many places as a starting point

A great place to stay! Fumi is a very nice host. The unit is neat and clean. A great location near train station, 711, Lawson and Family Mart. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you fumi for hosting us.

First of all, we would like to thank the host for the hospitalility and time throughout our stay in Japan. She has gone the extra mile on helping us in recommending and showing us the direction to Kyoto , after our visit to Osaka. We are fully immersed in Japanese culture and society, and we had experienced the Japanese hospitality, kind, respect, and most of all punctuality. We will definitely bring this good culture when we are home, it has been a pleasure to conduct business with the host and we will definitely visit and recommend this post and the house to our family and friends. Thank you once again for mirroring the Japanese hospitality, since this is our first time visiting in Japan.

Convenient transportation, smooth communication, much better than expected, relatively large, suitable for many people to travel.

an easy 5 minute walk to the train station with fast transfers to trains going to Osaka and Kyoto. Hosts were super friendly and greeted us right when we arrived and when we left to ensure we were okay and if we had any questions. Hosts provided a manual on how to use all the remotes and appliances and details on how to separate the trash for city collection (perfect for foreigners who are unfamilair with them). Place was really clean and spacious, bed/pillows were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, utensils and tableware. Hosts also provided USB charging cubes in all the rooms and house slippers in case we needed them. Definitely will rent here again in our next stay.

Great location and very responsive host!

They handled it very politely, and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Tony’s a place is fantastic for a small group. Even though we were a group of 3, it is spacious and can easily fit 4-5. I love the simple, functional decor, with all the amenities we needed!! House is warm during winter, most importantly, the floor and shower room is heated. Do note that there are no rooms- beds are on separate levels with curtains, so you can hear everyone. Location is great, <7 mins to the metro stations, and 10-15 mins walk to Umeda shopping area. Love that there’s a supermarket just behind so it’s super convenient. Tony is an amazing host, and went above and beyond as a host. We arrived close to midnight and were received by his wife and shown the house. Tony is always reachable by text throughout the trip and even offered to send us to the bus station. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Osaka!

I don't think I've had a responsive and courteous host as high as Willy. Willy was quick to respond if I had any questions, even when I asked for where I can purchase one of his belongings for myself. :) He made me feel like a priority that my stay was comfortable and what I was expecting. I do plan on coming back in a few years and would book again, the location is amazing!

Hide-san was an absolutely fantastic host. He was extremely fast to reply to us and gave us plenty of food and activity recommendations. I especially loved that you can leave messages for the next guest! The place itself was super clean and cute. It's close proximity to the bathhouse and familymart made it so fun to stay at. I wish we could have stayed longer!!

Located close to trains and Osaka Castle. Great spot and very helpful hosts - would recommend!

Akari’s place was super awesome! We had a great stay and truly enjoyed the accommodation. Akari communicated extremely well and was extra thoughtful offering us places to eat and play while here. 10/10 recommend this place if your staying in Osaka

We stayed for a single night but we all felt cozy and right at home. Subway station is really close and the area is quiet at night with enough convenience store, cafe and restaurant to pick and choose from. If you are in the area with a big group of people (4-8), I highly recommend this place. Five outta five! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yasu's place was in an even better location than we thought! Right down the street from Dontonbori and a ton of restaurants. Train station was a short walk and to have a family mart right downstairs was amazing! Yasu checked in on us to see how we were doing which was nice. We would definitely stay here again when in Osaka.

The room is very clean and tidy, the location is very quiet and comfortable in the residential area, there is a subway more than ten minutes on foot, it is still more convenient to get around, the host is also very friendly, will contact you in advance. There is also someone to introduce the facilities in the house on the day of check-in. Satisfied.😃
