Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nishinari Ward

I had an amazing stay at Nana’s place! The location was perfect. Very ideal for 11 of us! Very close to the train station and supermarket. She is very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Osaka.

The host monsieur is very quick to respond to messages. Previously saw reviews, there was a guest who reacted to the toilet and kitchen because there was no heater it was colder, the host mr. had immediately improved this issue, put an extra heater in the toilet, so it would not be cold after taking a shower. The accommodation was as pictured and clean and welcoming.It is about a 5 minute walk from transportation, and it only takes four stops by tram to Shinsaibashi.It is convenient to be surrounded by supermarkets and convenient stores.

It was very beautiful, and we had a pleasant time with a lot of beds.There were also many hammocks and yogi bos on the first floor, making it a relaxing space.

It was perfect except that there was no humidifier and the stairs were a little difficult to get down. It was nice to be very kind and quick to respond. Thank you very much.

The house was just like it was described, clean, easy to find, close to train station. Would stay again.

Very convenient place!2 minutes from the subway station ~ It's easy to go anywhere

an easy 5 minute walk to the train station with fast transfers to trains going to Osaka and Kyoto. Hosts were super friendly and greeted us right when we arrived and when we left to ensure we were okay and if we had any questions. Hosts provided a manual on how to use all the remotes and appliances and details on how to separate the trash for city collection (perfect for foreigners who are unfamilair with them). Place was really clean and spacious, bed/pillows were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, utensils and tableware. Hosts also provided USB charging cubes in all the rooms and house slippers in case we needed them. Definitely will rent here again in our next stay.

It is a very comfortable single villa, the room is enough, it is also close to the station, near the residential area is very quiet at night, the decor is also very comfortable, it is a good homestay

It was a nice stay with my family and the place is good for 3 people. The balcony was nice as well though we didn't go out much because it was too cold in the winter. The amenities and good and thank you because there's first aid kit! My hands were'nt used to the cold so I needed bandaids and the heater at the room is good as well. Will want to stay here next time again. Thank you Nana-san and team!

The location is good, the crowd is quiet, very close to the subway station, you can go to Shinsaibashi to get to the subway. The room is fully equipped, you can also refer to the weight of your luggage, and there are many consumable items such as paper towels, which are very thoughtful. The only problem is that the sound insulation of the floors is not very good and can often be heard from upstairs. Tera, the host, responded promptly and thanks for the support during this time.

Excellent option very well located , very friendly the host even offered us a place to store our luggage , the apartment is spacious and there is nothing missing, very good building, very simple check-in, we would come back !!

Our stay at Kyohei's was amazing. The place was very neat and nothing was out of place. I would love to have the place as my own home: Simple yet functional. It was near convinience stores and train stations so it was easy ro get to places of Osaka. The place os fully equipped with basic necessities, I would say the place would be more appreciated by long time renters, because 4 days of staying here made me miss it after check out.

The building is relatively new, the place is clean and tidy, Including bath cotton, I even saw makeup and follow the makeup, Towels I don't know if it was prepared for the number of nights I saw 7 and prepared enough (Although I only used 3) Charger, not only one dryer, there is also a small balcony suitable for people who smoke The location is good, about 9 minutes on foot to Nankai Namba Station, 15 minutes to Namba Station on the Midosuji Line, 9 minutes to Nipponbashi Station, 7 minutes to Eisumicho, there are several convenience stores and business supermarkets nearby, and Kizu-shi is also about 15 minutes The restaurant near Nipponbashi is later, and it's cheaper, it's a plus if like I like quadratic dimensions Yoshi is extremely quick to respond, usually within 5 minutes, and is more patient. The environment is overall quiet, but there is a possibility of a truck driving by at night, it will be noisier, but less happens, I stayed for 7 days as if it was 1,2 times The room was not expected to be large, but for 1,2 people it was more than a cheap hotel to stay, and it was free to do laundry (Washing powder/detergent provided in the room) I expect to come again if I come to Osaka next time

The room is very clean and tidy with everything you need for bathing and kitchen.In particular there is a private balcony and hanger is convenient.This house is in a great location!Walking distance is Nipponbashi, Kuromon market, Namba and Dotonbori.There are many Izakaya and small restaurants around the corner at night.Of course it is also close to the metro and also there are elevators for both the metro and this house.The host communicated in a very timely manner.

I got stuck in a very unique situstion where I had gotten scammed by an AirBnB host. Alice, cane to the rescue. She understood our situation, and accomodating us accordingly with nothing but kindness, and joy. The property had 3 levels of balcony, which was beautiful. It was spotless, decorated, and safe. I highly recommend staying here!

I was traveling with my children without my husband, so I thought about whether I should book all my itineraries as a hotel because of the safety, but when I arrived, all my worries escaped thanks to the size and cleanliness of the accommodation. The bathroom system was so nice, it was convenient to use the laundry dryer, and the blankets were so clean and nice. It helped me a lot with my trip.

Perfect location for walking to and from subway, easy access to Umeda station. Plenty of local shopping around.
