From: The Ladies (70+yo old girlfriends who visited) The airbnb was very comfortable and convenient to the beach. Christina was wonderful and answered immediately the few times we called with a question. She even went above and beyond and left us breakfast goodies/items and then provided puzzles to borrow once we told her that we enjoyed them. She was patient with us senior ladies :). We also appreciate your hospitality during our stay also. Maybe the one suggestion that I would make is that one of the bedrooms upstairs should probably have 2 twin beds instead of a double bed, therefore everyone could have their own bed. We would stay here again on our next Va beach visit! Thanks for everything!

it was expensive and cleaning charges were high. the place is walkable to beach , easy access , clean. the balconies are great features

I loved everything about the inside of their beautiful home. Clean, well decorated. It is a smart home so someone older may not know how to get the lights on. The outside could be beautiful, furniture needed cleaning before we use it. It didn’t do any justice to the inside, kinda took away from it Very, very responsive. I would totally stay with them again, if they’d have us. Thank you so much.

We have stayed at this location 2 years in a row. It's great if you would like to be at the beach but away from the crowd near the boardwalk of VA Beach. It's great for families. 1.5 blocks to beach and beach is very open rather than congested. I highly recommend staying here and we will book again in 2025.

Nice condo, clean and spacious, backyard is fence which give you a privacy.

We enjoyed our time at the house and will be back! A great location for relaxing while also being close to great restaurants and activities. The access to the beach is fantastic, very close. We loved the beach chairs and boogey boards and sand toys too. The bathrooms and spacious and beautiful and the kitchen is well equipped.

This house was perfect for our last minute trip plans , we were only 30 minutes from Virginia Beach which was perfect for my family and I... Would most definitely stay again 😊

Terrance's property was perfect for our group! 3 BRs, 3 Baths, and a great spot for morning coffee. Nice quiet neighborhood to take in a walk. The location was great for our visit. Thank you Terrance for sharing your property!

Elissia’s place was just as described. They knew we’d be arriving late in the evening and left lights on to help with an easy arrival. They went above and beyond to make the necessary arrangements caused by an issue that was beyond their control with a utility company. If the home is available next time we are in the area we will definitely stay again.

Nickies house was great. Perfect for a week stay while house hunting. It was clean and inviting and we were able to be comfortable. Beds were nice. Furniture was nice and inviting good condition. There is a dog park and play area down the road a bit, but the yard is not fenced.

Very nice 3 story condo with balconies and great view & beautiful sunsets! Decor was beautiful. Had everything we needed, great stocked kitchen. Place was very clean. Great area, minutes from our favorite beach East Beach and fav restaurants Buoy 44 and Hot Tuna! Convenience stores walkable. Was an excellent place to stay! Thanks Blue!

My son had a basketball tournament at the VA beach sports complex so we were just here for the weekend. But the location was perfect! Also the town house is super cute. Perfect for our small family. This would great for someone wanting to stay close to the beach as well during summer. Lots of walkable restaurants, breweries, coffee etc

My son and I needed accommodations for the ISCA meet at the Hampton Aquatic Center, and I was very pleased with our lodging. The place was clean, fully equipped, and had everything we needed. It was conveniently located near the aquatic center, right off Mercury Boulevard, with easy access to restaurants and shopping.

Thank you for all your hospitality. Place was very clean and easily accessible. The home was great and very well kept. The area was a little concerning but it was quiet and we had no issues. However you were great hosts and very responsive and friendly. Thank you.

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. Peaceful and quiet. Brenda was very responsive and helpful. The home is very clean and everything is labeled so there was no guessing where anything was! The bed was comfortable and super clean, as well as the rest of the house. I wanted a quiet and peaceful weekend to spend visiting my son who’s training there and that’s exactly what I got! The theater room was an added bonus for us as we were able to just relax and have a family movie night… Brenda even had popcorn stocked and ready to go! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

We stayed for Shamrock weekend for the races and this was a fantastic place to stay. Michael and Sue went above and beyond for us. The house was spotless when we arrived. We appreciated all of the recommendations that were made. Overall we hope to come back and volunteer for the race and to be able to stay at this residence again.

My family and I had such a wonder stay. very beauty area and place. I didn't want to leave. The place was clean, beds were comfortable(which is important!) and I really enjoyed the back door private patio. Restaurants and other stores were about 5/7mins away. Sara had good communicate and friendly. I would definitely book again. Thank you

We had a great stay! We felt very at home, comfortable and safe! It was extremely clean when we got there and had everything we may have needed. There were plenty of local restaurants literally around the corner. We were within Walking distance to everything! We will Definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town! Our host was very friendly and responsive to any texts I sent!! Thank you!!!

Loved our stay in Portsmouth, va. We were able to comfortably let our dogs out in the fenced in backyard with no worries. Neighbors were polite and quiet.

My family and I had an amazing trip to Virginia Beach and loved Stephanie's rental. The rental made us feel at home, it was extremely clean and had plenty of room for all of us; not just bedroom or bathroom space but the kitchen area and family room were very accommodating. There were so many amenities I didn't have to buy a whole lot to prepare for the trip. Stephanie was extremely responsive and fast if I had questions or needed assistance. She was great at taking care of us. I really appreciate how well she takes care of her guests. We hope to come back in a few years and stay again! Thank you for everything!
