Holiday rentals with a fire pit in North Carolina

Great in the trees home. It was a great last minute find that made our mountain trip lovely. Very good location for hiking and boating along Lake Glenville.

Home was beautiful off of a quiet country road. The home comes with coffee pods for the coffee machine, she supplies some laundry detergent and plenty of towels. Also has a baby gate for the stairs and a baby high chair and pack n play thought to be pretty amazing for families. Beds are full and comfy. I rented to work for the week local and coming home to this home I literally felt like I was coming home to my own house every night. Marcia is pretty amazing she will communicate with you very nicely and help any way she can. Absolutely recommend her and her home. I have many many more jobs to do in that area this summer and will definitely be using her home as my stay

The home was even more amazing than described! It was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and absolutely beautiful. Every detail was well thought out, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host was very responsive and quick to address any questions I had, which made the experience even better. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Our family of 6 loved staying at Craig's place for our Thanksgiving get together. The home layout was perfect, the location convenient and it was nice to be able to bring the fur-babies too. Craig was always available to answer any questions and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. I stayed in one of Carolyn's other properties and loved it. This one, too, did not disappoint. It is very cute, spacious, with all of the amenities I needed. There are extra touches like some snacks, coffee pods and water bottles. I didn't need it, but there was a dog water bowl, blanket, and some dog treats. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of sheets and towels. The location includes a view of the lake and easy access to walk around the lake. There are lots of great places to eat and shop in the area. I just loved it and look forward to staying again in June.

Randy's place will be the first place I look for on my return. He was friendly and very helpful to me finding things to do and see. His place was clean, and most of all very cozy. It was private with a small porch to sit and have morning coffee outside. Only a 2 mile drive to the ocean beach was a plus. Convenience grocery store right across the street. Awesome place.

I've stayed here several times for work and it is a perfect stay every time. Quiet and relaxing. It is always my first choice.

It was really easy to find due to the directions that were given to us before arrival. There was a book on the counter with places people enjoyed going, take out menus, and reviews of local attractions. The space was clean and had everything we needed. It wasn’t as private as some of the others we’ve stayed in but it was a nice area.

We enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the cleanliness and private stay. We were able to escape for a few days and relax!

quaint easy to find cabin, 10 minutes from the world and far enough away to feel alone in the woods. House had everything we needed. Instructions were great and you can tell the host care about the property

We booked a last minute stay for spring break. It was exactly what we were looking for, quiet, peaceful, relaxing, with a little fun for all of us. We loved the creek running right outside the cabin next to the fire pit, made for an extra fun night next to the campfire! The cabin was exactly as described, spacious, clean, and had everything you needed for your stay. We would venture out to hiking trails during the day, then head back in to relax by the fire for the night. Cynthia had tons of suggestions and there was a binder on the table with local places, things to do etc. which made it very helpful.

Beautiful place and definitely a 5 Star. Little extras made a difference and so quiet. Loved sitting on the porch . Will definitely book again.

We read everything explained and didn’t need to contact Michelle about anything. Very thorough with directions on the app and also in the guest book. Thanks for the amazing stay. Just what we needed where we needed it.

We have never stayed at an Air BNB before. This was a great first experience! We loved staying here for our kids spring break. The boys loved the game room downstairs. It was close to Boone and Blowing Rock and lots to do. The directions were very organized. Lauren checked to see how we were doing. I would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless and well-maintained, with a beautiful mountain view that made every morning feel special. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet with easy access to everything we needed. The drive up to the cabin is steep in several parts, so just keep that in mind! Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
