my wife and I enjoyed our stay at Ruma's place. everything was as described. we loved the location! The metro is a short walk and it was easy to get a taxi. Anything you need is a short walk away. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay felt like a second home. We were looked after & cared for from the minute we landed early in Kolkata till we left. Hosts were very gracious, allowing us to check in earlier, safely leave our luggage at home, giving us the opportunity to change and arrive at a family event on time. Throughout the trip, the hosts messaged us to see if we needed anything. It didn't feel like an Airbnb, but rather like we had come to see our relatives after a long absence. 2 bedrooms with AC & fan available. Plenty of wardrobe storage. Bedside table storage. Washing machine easy to use & handy for long stay. There was bathroom linen, shampoo, shower gel, handwash kept which was lovely. Kitchen ready to use with utensils, has connection, water purifier, fridge, microwave. Seniors with us were able to cook & eat at home whilst we were out daily. There's a lift so helpful for seniors, luggage etc. Uber available but recommend booking 20mins before leaving. My family & I highly recommend stay

Suparna ji is extremely responsive to queries and always available. This was my family's second stay at their place and it has been wonderful on both occasions. Very pleasant stay. I found the space to be cheerful and welcoming, with a nice view from the kitchen window and a large terrace. The list of amenities is impressive (I especially appreciated the washing machine). Things aren't brand new, but they work. And lots of smaller household items are included as well. The location is great, right by the Phoolbagan metro station and good restaurants (my favorite was Falam). I found the neighborhood relaxed. It's mostly quiet at night (now and then dogs bark, but it never woke me up). As in many places in the city, mosquitoes can be an issue, so I used a mosquito net (which I'm told will be washed and ready to go), and that worked great. Anand and family were very responsive and helpful, showing me how to use a few things and promptly taking care of anything that came up. All in all, a comfortable space with lots of amenities in a great location.

Ravi’s apartment was perfect for my stay, could make my own meals. It was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Ravi is a great host , communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

The room was cleaned properly.Everything you need for daily life is available here.You can start to cook if you buy some food stuffs only. Paloma,she is easy to communicate by message and always responded my request quickly. I'll reccomend this room,you can have a confortable stay here.

We (four adults) stayed at Mr. Dilip's place for 4 nights and found to be too good. The apartment's location is awesome as it is near to the stores to meet daily needs. I must say the facing of the apartment is just terrific as it is two sides open - east and south, and south side is full of greeneries. We are very pleased that we chose this apartment as we found everything very positive in this apartment such as check-in/check-out process, cleanliness, more than sufficient kitchen utensils, daily services (including food preparation), quiet location etc. It will be injustice if we don't say the service we received from Bishakha Di who made our stay very comfortable by providing timely services and also cooked very good food whenever needed. Also our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Dilip for his proactive phone calls to enquire about our additional requirements and quality of our stay. We definitely recommend this place to our friends and relatives.

It is great place to stay and the near area is very peaceful. Also the surrounding is filled with all the amenities which is required. Highly recommended and will definitely come back here for future visits

It's all in the location. The place is within a stone's throw from the Golpark, and not too far from the Gariahat market. But this section of the city is unusually quiet and serene. The lake area, a great place for your morning walk, is only five minutes away. The place is functional, safe and a good value for the money.

The Property is really beautifully maintained and higenic. Felt like home atmosphere and Pradeep is such a great host. highly recommended for the family with or without pets very near to airport and all amenities are available nearby.

It was easily located and check-in process was smooth. Place is well maintained and clean. Close to the airport. Overall a nice stay. Our host Joyjit was very helpful and responsive throughout.

Everything was good. Only AC needs to be cleaned, as it was not cooling well. Maid Rupa was very good human being. She was very helpful and supportive. Location was easy to find. Lots of restaurants available nearby. Overall had a very nice experience. Would definitely recommend others to stay.

Simply WOW Experience! What a place, felt like a palace room, superb furniture, bed, sofas, best part was the balcony which was a nature retreat. My wife and I loved the place and have booked it again for our wedding anniversary. This is by far the best Airbnb in Kolkata.
