This place! What a little slice of zen in SF. On a weekend getaway with family, it is the perfect place to relax, read, soak in the garden, snuggle kitties, take in the breathtaking view, and soak up the charm of your surroundings. Also a great place to launch explorations in the city if that's on your agenda. Jeannie and Skate were fabulous hosts, speedy communicators, and set us up for success with clear instructions and info. Can't wait to back again!

Walking up in the front porch, I knew my experience was going to be cozy and comforting. The cottage was above and beyond my expectations for comfort. The home was lived in, no pretentious, filled with surprises along the way, private nooks. By far my favorite was to take a hot shower after a soak in the hot tub outside in the rain. The kitchen was very well equipped and stocked with essential spices. The coffee bar was stocked up. Super good internet if you are staying a while and working. Beds and linens, all super nice. However, the kudos here MUST go to the cleaning service. Try as we might to find a cobweb but we could not. Spotless! Thank you for such an awesome place and space. I will be back!

A hidden gem. Everything was arranged perfectly and we felt relaxed before we had even unpacked. Pat and Doris were friendly and welcoming. The property was excellent and unique. Highly recommend a visit!

We had a great time at Delia’s place! The location is great, very close to Aptos and Santa Cruz as well as Nisene Marks State Park, and the airbnb is in a beautiful place surrounded by redwoods. It was really relaxing laying in the hot tub and stargazing. There were a few special touches that made us feel extra welcome- firewood already set up at the firepit, yogurt and homemade granola in the fridge for breakfast, and Delia greeting us when we arrived!

Our stay was amazing, the house is so magical and we will remember our experience there forever. Skate and Jeannie were lovely hosts always made us feel at home and were always very attentive to any needs. Thank you! Hope to come stay again in the future !

Susan and Dave were gracious hosts. They greeted us warmly upon our arrival, helping us to feel at home. Susan has thoughtfully attended to every detail, there is nothing we were in need of during our stay. Their hospitality extended to a continental breakfast to get our day started. The sitting area at the river's bank is so serene. We enjoyed napping in the hammock and reading a book after a day of running up and down the coast. We are very picky about mattresses, and found the bed very comfortable. We left a couple of items behind, which Susan and Dave were very kind to mail to us. Thank you Susan and Dave for adding to what was a spectacular vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our birthday-weekend stay at Marie's place. Her place is very comfortable and felt like "home" after a day of wine tasting and roaming. She anticipates all the needs a guest could have with great coffee and other drinks, snacks, wine glasses, etc. Bed and bath linens are superb; much nicer than most Airbnbs. The location has a lot to offer in short drives. We highly recommend a stay here and will gladly return!

Always a very comfortable and easy stay at Emily's beautiful Berkeley home. Looking forward to the next time I can stay again.

This was my second time staying at Bill & Brenda's home and it was a lovely experience! Arriving in daylight always makes things a bit easier, and Bill was there to greet us and show us around. I stayed with a friend and we loved that we could take the <2 mile walk into town (the way back is up the mountain of course!). Always nice to have some breakfast goodies before heading out for our bike ride adventure too. Perfect place for a quick overnight stay!

This was me and my partners second stay with Diane and her husband. The house was clean and they were both welcoming and made us feel right at home! The walk to and from down town Nevada city was easy and made enjoying the area a breeze!

Susan and Rich are awesome folks who have a cozy, safe and roomy space for anyone looking to check out yosemite or the surrounding area. They’ve put the B back in AirBnb and offer superb hospitality. You’ll feel right at home immediately.

Dan and Traci do a great job creating a welcoming, clean, and unique place. Very convenient and the home made baked goods are terrific

if all the places I've stayed over the years this has got to be in my top three. elegant, artsy, fun, host was extremely friendly and nice. went above and beyond anything I can imagine. she truly was just like the grandmother I always wanted. Sweet, kind, thoughtful, very friendly and gave us the best recommendations we could have gotten. she directed us to the best food, and the sea lions were amazing. Thank you Grandma patree!

The recommendations for local food and fair were appreciated as well as the small posted notes on where extra blankets and pillows were, etc. clean and comfortable, well maintained.

Great place to stay specifically when visiting Merced. Jeremiah’s home is very cozy, and the experience makes you feel at home. This location is close to local restaurants and UC Merced. Great place to stop if your on your way to Yosemite.

My stay at this location with nothing but magical. I really enjoyed every small detail that the hobbit hole had to offer. It was very clean and peaceful. The host were so kind and provided a wonderful breakfast each morning. I would definitely say that staying here is worth your money. If you are a fan of the Lord of the rings, you should have no doubt that this is the place for you to visit. I am looking forward to coming back for a second time in the future.

Great place to stay in Reno. Quiet neighborhood and very nice room. The private bathroom is a plus. Also the complimentary coffee, tea, etc was a great surprise. Definitely worth staying here if you are stoping through Reno

For a same day reservation, the listing was accommodating & peaceful for a long drive. The host was super communicative & proactive; he sent clear instructions both email & by text. Upon arrival, the place was warm & cozy. Extra sheets & towels were provided for my pets. I used the jacuzzi with the fireplace on - what a morning joy! A delicious breakfast was included, and the presentation was superb & was at a perfect time. The view of the place in the morning sun with the trees in the background was relaxing & calming. Definitely a must if you are visiting Shasta area!

This was by far the best experience with any Bed & Breakfast that we've ever had. The hosts were gracious, friendly, and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic. The house itself was beautiful and spacious with a stunning sunset view over the ocean. Wonderful conversations and a clean, classy, and comfortable atmosphere made this stay a special one. The hosts were unintrusive and quiet but easy to chat with and available to meet any needs that arose. This has to easily be the best place to stay in McKinleyville and maybe the northern Humboldt region in general. Their attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of their guests is impeccable. I can't recommend this place enough!

My friends and I took a long weekend trip to Boulder Creek and were able to enjoy a lovely weekend in the mountains. T Each of the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the living area was perfect for all of us to spend time and play games. Location is great - you can walk right to the main street of Boulder Creek. The hosts were lovely and friendly - even gifted us a bottle of wine for our engagement which was incredibly sweet! We’re excited to come back again for another weekend couples trip!
