Treehouse holiday rentals in Northern California

This location was definitely a place to learn to remain still and soak in the "old fashion" family appreciation. Being limited to internet use was very steadfast. This time allowed us to enjoy each other's company and do things we wouldn't always do with each other on a daily basis. This place was over peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Had a great stay! Kathy and Linda were great hosts and super responsive and this was a great spot for a weekend trip to Dodge Ridge with family - close to a nice market and lots of flexibility to bring my son’s friends with us for a couple days of snowboarding.

This place looks exactly like the pictures. Host called to check in on us on day of arrival and informed us that we could call of we needed anything. Kitchen had all basic cooking utensils. Instructions for fireplace, tvs, heat etc were all very clear. Would stay hear again.

This river cottage was amazing! Quintessential Sonoma county living. We had a great time relaxing by the river and enjoying all healdsburg has to offer. The house was well appointed, all of the furnishings were very comfortable. WiFi was great for working remote. We wished the windows upstairs had real screens, but the curtains helped let us get some air in at night. Hope to visit again soon!

Everything was great! Place has unique climate and it is very cozy. Sara and Tony was responding very quickly and helped us with everything. Place looks so much better than in the pictures :) We really recommend this house!

Amy and Josh’s cabin has absolutely everything we could have wanted and much more. We came with our family of six, our kids ranging from age 20 all the way down to 2, and there was literally something for everyone. We were all comfortable and relaxed for the entire week. We enjoyed local hiking, trips into Yosemite proper, and local coffee shops outside the cabin. Inside, we cooked dinner every night, finished the entire pound of delicious coffee they left for us, played games and did puzzles, and binge-watched a new series each night. The beds were comfortable and the space was wonderful. This was the ideal location for a post-Christmas vacation. They even had cute little Christmas decorations throughout the house. We are very thankful for this space and we would highly recommend! Thank you!

This place is magical. There’s a creek in the backyard and surrounded by trees. You feel so far away from everything, but there’s a grocery not too far. The coffee shop right down the street is also very good. 10/10 would come back

Likely once an incredible location, severe fire damage has affected the roads, the views, and the work that Dan has put into the place. And it is an incredible amount of work, the place has amazing buildings with incredible mosaics, a beautiful community that is quietly thriving even in winter after such a setback. The amount of fire damage was truly shocking to me, coming from a more northern region of the US where we don't often get such extreme damage. I would have to amend his recommendations on the road, it's stable but much affected by fire damage and mud coming down the mountain. Trees have and certainly will keep falling across the road over the next few years, take it very slow as the edges are steep. Everything and everyone we met were warm and friendly but we missed the host! I would love to stay here again in the summer to see the activity in full swing and maybe even be a part of the recovery.

This is a lovely place with such historic charm. Truly a gem in Modesto and really cool design that needs to be kept up. There are somethings that need to be attended to, and I’m confident they will make changes noted to them. I rented it the night before for the next day so I know that played a role and at the same time, if it’s available then it should be ready. We didn’t get to utilize all the things shared as cool features as they weren’t working. Overall, I would stay again on the premise that certain things are fixed as it’s a beautiful home near my family.

Beautiful cabin location for my family trip during the holidays. It was nestled among a creek and woods and it was very peaceful and cozy. Would love to come back in the summer and go kayaking. It was unfortunately raining hard during our stay but we had much to do inside with games, a fireplace and going into downtown to visit the numerous cute shops. Overall loved our stay!

Stayed at Eoins place for the second time. When we made the reservations, we had no way of knowing there was going to be an atmospheric river hitting us. There was a flood warning for the night before our stay and we were slightly concerned because theres a small creek on the property as well. We voiced our concerns but our host assured us that the place had neen renovated to address that very issue and, to assuage our concerns, assessed the condition of the property in person before we arrived. We had nothing to be worried about. all 3 structures were thoughtfully designed to deal with rainy weather. The main yurt has a small bench area near the front door where one can remove their hiking boot and also wall hooks to hang heavy coats. We were super cozy and dry thanks to the efficient heater and cooking dinner was fun in their well-appointed kitchen with plenty of prep space. It was amazing to eat dinner watch the intense storm through the skylight. What a cool house!

I believe anyone who lodges at the Rosehaven cabins can consider themselves some of the luckiest people in the world for the duration of their stay.

The location was great, the house was clean and very spacious, and we truly enjoyed our time there. I also appreciated how responsive the host was to any of my questions and requests for assistance. When something wasn't working, she communicated promptly and sent maintenance as soon as possible to resolve the issue. It made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you once again for your support. I look forward to planning another stay at this home with this wonderful host in the future!

The treehouse was an exceptional Airbnb experience. The property offers a charming and private atmosphere while conveniently located near towns and the national park. The space was well-kept, and the thoughtful decorations created a cozy and comfortable vibe. Getting to the second floor involves using a ladder. They made it safe by including multiple handle bars and a magnetic latch door. I definitely recommend this spot for those who want a peaceful retreat in nature.

We loved staying here, and it’s somewhere we would love to come back to! It was all around a great experience; plenty of big windows in the cabin to look at the beautiful surroundings, a nice and usable kitchen, it was very cozy and they’ve made the space beautiful as well. Really loved the collection of furniture, art / trinkets, and great selection of books too. And Elizabeth was very communicative and accommodating!

The place is a treehouse, so if you are looking for something that is above and beyond in comfort - be more realistic. We booked the treehouse because our 9 year old daughter really wanted that. It had hot running water, a space for everyone to sleep, and it felt safe. Rusty was really responsive and pointed us toward places to eat in town as well as how to best navigate Yosemite. It was a great trip and a great stay.

Our stay at the Redwood Ridge Tree Fort was the perfect getaway! Bethany is a great host, very responsive and provided all the amenities we needed for our stay. I let her know we were there to celebrate our anniversary and she decorated a spot with heart banners and left us some sparkling cider. I loved the little details! She and her husband live on the property so they were quick to help when we needed anything. The spot feels secluded and private enough without being totally isolated. We were lucky to be able to find an open reservation and I would definitely come back again!

Go to Lago Lomita!! You will not regret it. Robin is absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived it felt like we were visiting an old and dear friend. She welcomed us with a tour of her beautiful property and got us used to the surroundings. The treehouse is amazing. The views are unmatched! You can really tell that this place is a labor of love and that just adds such a magical feeling to the experience. We will definitely be returning... for the treehouse, for the views, for the good company, for the wine, and of course the muffins! 🥰 Thank you for having us! Had a lovely time in the Hideaway. Beautiful, quiet place perfect for a small retreat.

My sister and I spent 3 nights in this lovely cabin so we could explore Lassen Volcanic National Park nearby for 2 full days. The beds were very comfortable. I slept in the loft amongst the trees, which was a delightful, unique experience lying in bed and being able to see stars through the trees. Note that the loft is basically a steep ladder, so differently-abled people might not be able to get up there. The place was clean, charming, and close to the park- about 15-20 minutes to the entrance booth. We thoroughly enjoyed this cabin. So quiet!!!!

The place was just perfect. I loved the nature that the cabin was surrounded by. Karen's communication was just perfect. She left us an anniversary present and it was so sweet that it made me tear up with happiness. She was very helpful and her place is just perfect and cozy. I would definitely book this place again and recommend it to others.

Very beautiful scenery and very beautiful modern home. Clean with all amenities you need during your stay. Plenty of sleeping space and kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Our favorite part was definitely the huge deck that surrounds the whole house and the X-Large jacuzzi. Also the large glass doors and windows were definitely a hit. Definitely would highly recommend.
