Lovely house. Place is bigger than the pictures shown. Easy check in and Hollie was responsive to messages. Kitchen is well equipped to cook and the garden was secure for the dog. Quiet area yet close enough to amenities. Would stay here again.

We booked Sarah’s place for a coworker to stay near to our place of work on Preston Farm Industrial Estate. We found Sarah’s house perfect for what we needed, comfortable, clean and near to the places we needed. Would recommend Sarah’s place to anyone staying in the Stockton area.

Hellen was such a star and her kindness added to the home, welcomine feeling of the house. Ideally located 15 mn from Seaham, in a peaceful streets with two little shops nearby if you need anything… And the house is so well equipped, so comfy. A huge thanks, everything was absolutely perfect!

Lynn's cottage is lovely, beautifully decorated throughout. Lynn gave very clear instructions beforehand and there is a handy guide in the property to help more when inside. The location is great to get to Saltburn, Roseberry Top, or any of a number of locations along the North York Moors and coast. We were welcomed on arrival with a goodie basket and bottle of wine, all gratefully received. The kitchen is well equipped with every amenity. Overall a lovely cottage with an excellent host.

A very lovely home. Everything was very modern and looked great. It was lovely and clean. We slept well. It was great that we could take our dog. Checking in and out was very easy and the flexibility was very useful. Steven responded quickly to any queries I had. Thank you for having us.

We were very last minute in booking our stay with Debbie! She was a fantastic host and the place was exactly as described. Fantastic views over the back fence and every cooking utensil you could require. Would definitely stay here again

Me and my husband visited as a family with our 8 year old daughter and two tiny chihuahuas. Our dogs can be a bit happy which was absolutely my motivation for picking this location, secluded quiet and most importantly the courtyard area with the hot tub was entirely secure. Meaning we could relax in the hot tub without worrying about any unexpected puppy escapes. The place itself was beautiful inside , the only bathroom is in the main bedroom but in a family setting this is absolutely no issue. It was the perfect setting for cooking, playing board games and watching movies. We were able to walk the dogs, spend time as a family and all had a comfortable uninterrupted nights sleep. I can see us returning for sure!
