Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Nottinghamshire

We had a wonderful stay at Sophia's beautiful place. She is a great communicator and provided us with clear instructions. She also left a few brochures of local attractions for us to explore. We enjoyed our time at Bolsover Castle and Hardwick Hall. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Working from home was convenient due to the good Wi-Fi connection. We would definitely recommend Sophia's place to anyone looking for a great value stay in the Derbyshire area.

Comfortable stay, good communication from host, and handy location.

Lovely place to stay, as described in the listing. Easy access but access was a bit tight for a larger car, but ok once in the courtyard. A bonus was the 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, which added some additional privacy to the stay even though we were with friends. Good communication from the host, with clear instructions and the option (at extra cost) for early check in and later check out. Would definitely stay here again.

Sanjeev was consistently rapid with responses and very thorough. Check- in direction is clear and straight forward, which is emblematic of the organization level of a host. The flat is quiet, very livable, and contains the creature comforts needed for a stay (especially longer stays). The Market Square area has nearly everything a guest would need- Tesco Extra just outside, various restaurants (both fast food and dining in- McDonalds, Taco Bell, KFC, Slug and Lettuce), pubs (Bell Inn), Starbucks/Caffe Nero, and Nottingham tram just down the street.

Great air BNB for our Galentine's trip! Perfect central hockley location, lots of coffee shops, pubs and good restaurants. Host was very easy to contact, proactive and helpful. Thank you

The apartment was nice, comfortable and in close proximity to most of the shops and restaurants. Kerien was very helpful in getting us settled. Him and Matt reached out periodically to insure we was comfortable and had everything we needed. Other than the occasional noise in the evening due to it being in college area with pubs and clubs near by, it's nice if you plan on enjoying the nightlife.

Great location close to the lakeside where is a few well known restaurants a bowling alley and cinema, a lovely lake to walk your dog around. There is a toby carvery 5 minute walk from the location We stayed for 10 nights as we were visiting our daughter and this location suited as it was only a 10 minute drive away All in all we will most definitely book this place again for our next visits

Alexandra Park was an absolutely stunning home-away-from-home during my week-long stay. I was visiting for work, family, and a funeral, making it crucial to find a space that felt warm and comforting. The ambiance in every room was exceptional, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. I had a great time at the Little apartment! Comfortable, warm little space with seamless check in. Host was responsive. Quiet, no disruption or disturbance during my entire 1-month stay. Had most essentials for long stay. Just a little improvement with the cleanliness of the apartment on guest arrival will make it perfect. I had a positive experience overall. Would definitely consider booking again soon.
