Ian is a brilliant host.He is such a great tutor,possessing abundant knowledge in so many sphere.Feel free to ask him for advice! He is an expert in civilization,culture of UK, Nottingham history,music,game,football and cycling. I asked him various questions and he gave me through answers that are both practical and useful. Ian introduced me to places of interest in Nottingham and his friends to me. I would say he is the most talented and clever person I've ever met. Every time I heard him singing,I would admire his beautiful voice. We even played board games together, and he is a great partner. Staying in Ian's house was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Ian's house to anyone who is planning to stay in Nottingham.

Absolutely everything I needed whilst staying in the area for work Raymond is a real character, really enjoyed chatting with him. Would reccomend!

Lisa's place was well equipped with the necessary equipment for daily living, had Netflix, was clean, had a peaceful environment, was well decorated, and was filled with sanitary products. The instructions were self-explanatory, and we did enjoy our stay there. We will recommend it.

Owner is responsive and friendly. She was on hand at the flat, although I witness a slight bad exchange of hot words, I think she is ok. Apartment could be £10 less.

Helena and Will are lovely people and great hosts, their property is immaculate and in a great location, 5 minute walk to city centre, great value for your £££, honestly havent a bad word to say about the hosts or their home. I will definitely be back.

Claire's place is beautifully decorated and very clean and comfy. It was a lovely space to spend the night. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. Spent two nights here with friends while at an event, the house was perfect for the stay an within a short distance of the event, instructions were clear on finding the property and accessing it on check in, the property is very well maintained amd was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable and it was perfect for what we needed

We had a fantastic stay at the accommodation. The house was very clean and had lots of space. Kitchen was very well equipped. The 3 bathrooms were fantastic, spacious, and clean. Living area was good. A great variety of bedrooms to choose from. The only problem would be that the street the house is on is not very well looked after, so make sure you are aware of this. Also beware of getting parking tickets in the resident permit parking bays. Also, the back gate in the garden doesn’t lock and other houses have access to this, so make sure you lock the kitchen door. Finally, a later check out time would be preferable, maybe up until 12pm. Besides that it was a great stay and excellent value for money. Great location just outside the city centre.

The flat was a dream! Very clean, super nice simply great. The location is good and yet relatively quiet. The hostess was very nice and made us feel very welcome. All in all, we would love to come back on our next visit to Newark!

Stayed a night and it was my first time staying at an AirBnB and David was helpful and friendly. His place was exactly as listed and the double bed was comfy and had the best sleep a day before my gruelling 8 hour flight. His dogs were playful and well behaved so any dog lover would feel well at home. Nice location, friendly host 10/10 experience and worth the price
