Easy access to this property because of attending the Stuttgart Messe exhibition can be reached within five minutes walk of the s-bahn, only one stop away from the exhibition hall station There is also a local supermarket 10-15 minutes walk away The room is clean, fully equipped, and quiet at night, it is a nice location

We felt right at home and like “at home”. The apartment is beautifully decorated and you can relax immediately. The hot tub was the absolute highlight for us. Everything is well maintained and clean. The offer with the Albcard was also totally great. We will definitely be happy to come back and will also recommend it to our families and friends. I forgot my jackets in the closet when I left. I contacted Pascal and Jenny and they immediately organized the sending to Switzerland for me - just great and not self-evident. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You really have a little paradise here on earth Love and see you soon

Cozy 2-room apartment

The apartment is on the ground floor of the house, with a separate entrance. Thanks to the key box, check-in was flexible and I felt right at home. Everything I needed was there and very quiet. A good balance to the noisy fair, which is easily accessible by car. Wolfgang and his wife are very likeable and certainly helpful if anything were. Only note: if it's important to you, don't overlook the fact that there is no wifi. My mobile phone provider has also not provided a reasonable service throughout. It didn't bother me in the evening, but it wouldn't have been enough to work. However, hot water and heating are of course available (contrary to the description). I will be more than happy to come back!

Two mom friends with two boys, who live far apart, met at Shiri's place and it was a very nice stay. Shiri is a very warm and helpful landlady who responded flexibly to requests. The property itself stands on a beautiful large property on the edge of the forest with walking opportunities. The property is lovingly maintained and there is a small playground. In the morning we even saw deer. The house is a bit outdated but has everything we needed to make us two beautiful days. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped for simple meals. There is also coffee, oil, spices, etc. The apartment is spacious and cozy. We were very pleased with our stay. In winter, it could get a little drafty that the house is still equipped with old wooden windows. Thanks Shiri, we will be happy to come back :)

In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

The apartment occupies the entire 2nd floor of a charming building right across the street from the stadtbahn. Extremely convenient access to the Stuggart city center (mitte) and the airport + messe. The space is quite large, with high ceilings, modern kitchen and large rooms (two bedrooms, dining room, sitting room and 1.5 bathrooms. Heating is efficient in the colder months (when we visited). Alain and his neighbor were always available to answer questions. Quite literally one of the best experiences I've had in many years on AirBNB. Thank you Alain.

Exceptional Stay - Perfect Blend of Comfort and Convenience! We had the pleasure of staying there this week for 1night , and it exceeded all our expectations. Oliver's house in Böblingen was by far the best equipped of all the places we have stayed - it had everything we needed and more! We appreciated the laundry, all of the dishes and utensils, spices, drinks and bowl of fruit. There were plenty of beds for our extended family, a nice central eating area, and comfortable couch. It was on a nice quiet street and we were able to walk to the bakery and two grocery stores.

Living "at the old city wall"

We were four adults and three more younger kids and the apartment was perfect for our needs. Everything very clean, kitchen well equipped, quiet and plenty of space in the apartment. There is plenty of parking nearby, the train station would also be right around the corner. The Neckar and the old town are within walking distance. Communication was great, it couldn't get better. Can we only recommend
