Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nürnberger Land

Uli was so kind, and this space was so comfortable! It's clean, warm, and easy to get around. I recommend it to everyone!!!

We felt extremely comfortable in the very well-equipped and well-kept apartment. Eva could only "replenish" something with the dishes. The only downside in the otherwise very quiet apartment despite the super central location was the event location next door, in which a celebration with very loud music took place until deep into the night on Saturdays. Here, the city should pay a little more attention to the observance of quiet hours and noise levels. Nevertheless, we can highly recommend the apartment and host Eva.

My stay at Ludwig-Thoma-Straße was wonderful. The host was very friendly, and the apartment, with its large dining table, was great for a short stay and some work. The neighborhood had convenient parking in the shared university area. Regensburg itself is rich in culture, with its UNESCO-listed Old Town and charming Danube views—a perfect blend of history and modernity.

It was a nice stay over New Year's Eve in Regensburg. Helmut and his girlfriend were quick to help me if there was a problem. Both were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and tidy.

An excellent place to stay for both a short and long term. The house is very clean and comfortable, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Good points: Small place (Cozy), quiet inside, clean. A lot of useful things (fridge, dishwasher and washing machine). Bathroom was clean, good water pressure and easy to access. Plenty of parking and easy to enter. I would stay here again. It’s close to plenty of attractions and reasonable priced. The TV also had YouTube and very quick internet :) Bad points: The neighbour hood is still very much under construction. There are lorries parked on the road, hard to see round it. The bed is like a brick (so if you have a back problem, warning) and the cleaning fee is quite pricey for a small location where you have to take the bins out and separate everything.

The Airbnb was excellent! The apartment is very clean, neat and you can see the good planning of the hostess. Everything is well thought out and very comfortable – we immediately felt comfortable. Anna is an incredibly friendly and helpful host. She was always reachable and even allowed us to use the washing machine if we needed it. A really great gesture! The location is also great – the neighborhood is safe and beautiful. There are also loving details, such as small chocolates to welcome you. There is also a water softening system, which we greatly appreciated. We have absolutely nothing to complain about and would definitely stay again!

The house feels remote, but restaurants and supermarkets can be reached by car in 5 minutes. It is very well equipped and has a cozy atmosphere, perfect for an autumn/winter getaway - no matter what the weather. There are good hiking and climbing opportunities in the area. Lucia is a great hostess. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed at this great place with our two kids for two nights. It is very lovingly and stylishly furnished, so we felt immediately comfortable! Felix is very nice and accommodating. Clear recommendation! We will be happy to come back sometime.

We spent a beautiful extended feel-good weekend in Tanzenhaid. Communication with Caroline and Alexander was very friendly, reliable and easy. We didn't lack anything. The equipment of the house is super nice and our highlights were the sauna, the fireplace and the super good coffee maker :)! All in one, it was perfect! We will be happy to come back! Thank you for the fantastically beautiful days we were allowed to spend.

The place was beautiful. The garden is unique and spacious. Here you can focus wonderfully on playing games and spending time together. Wonderful for a weekend with friends or family. The dogs also felt very at home.

We have been coming here for years and going to the trade fair (BIOFACH) from here. We are sustainably enthusiastic about the house and the village. This year we had an Arab with us who saw snow for the first time in his life. For us, Spalt is also a particularly beautiful part of Germany (we are Swiss)!

We stayed at Lilly and Rolf’s place together with our friends and kids and had a wonderful stay. They were very kind in letting us check in early and made sure we had everything we needed. We were welcomed with seasonal drinks and given great recommendations. Their place is a short walk to the subway and the accommodation is really comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Jurgen & Judith’s place was amazing in every way. They have thoughtfully prepared each detail and are attentive hosts for the entire stay. The place was so cozy and welcoming, and was a perfect spot for us to celebrate Christmas as a family of 7. Judith helped with many recommendations and local ideas, as well as many thoughtful touches to make us feel right at home. this family obviously takes pride in providing an excellent place to stay, and they definitely succeed. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a warm and friendly place to stay near some gorgeous, walkable German forests.

Apartment functionally and cleanly furnished. Perfect location to explore Regensburg by foot. Parking situation in all of Regensburg catastrophic, but who can do without his car for that is Regensburg and that?Apartment always worth a trip. I'm sure you'll be back.

It was a nice time with Dietmar and Christine, they were very nice and gave us good tips for the area. The apartment is perfectly equipped and incredibly clean. The bed was very comfortable and you could also make very dark, which I found very nice. On foot you are quickly at the train and from there you can get (almost) everywhere. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful area stress-free!
