Watching the light change on the Rocks you can see from the porch is worth it on its own, but the lovely place and hot tub make it even better. We even got a nice recommendation for a massage from hosts. They were very helpful. Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Linda's Casita. It had everything we needed for our stay to be comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and condiments for our cuisine; the bathroom was rich with delicious lotions and bathing products; the bed was cozy with beautiful access to the lush backyard. We hope to stay with you again!

This is such a peaceful little cabin. There's a town but it isn't close to the cabin so you get to embrace all the quiet. I loved all the charm this place had. There was a lot if quirky things which made it so much fun to explore. I loved all the little touches Sarah did as well. The porch was very nice, a good place to unwind. The backyard was huge there was so much open space. Sarah communicated amazingly, she was on top of everything and fixed the little problems that came up. Our stay couldn't have been better. I highly recommend booking your next stay here.

This place is even better than it looks in the listing! Drop dead gorgeous view, house very clean with everything you would need. Tim had great suggestions for local shops, restaurants and activities. My best friend and I really enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to return with our families in tow. Won’t hesitate to stay in one of Tim’s places.

My mom was visiting us from Massachusetts and we live in Prescott and this was the perfect place to visit to give her a little warmer weather and beautiful surroundings. The house was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed to cook some meals and close to everything in Sedona. It was a great stay. I would definitely recommend it!

Wow. Hand down the best place we’ve stayed. Perfect location on a quiet street. Home is beautiful. I’ve never seen a kitchen so well stocked. The master was very comfortable. Very good water pressure throughout. Living room furniture was very comfortable. Excellent supply of streaming services, books and games. Nice fenced yard for the dogs. Two good sized tables and a couple of grills. Communication was the best we’ve ever experienced as well. We will definitely be back!

My family (toddler, dogs and all!) stayed at Lorri’s place over Christmas and it was perfect! My three year old loved all the kids toys that were available and the rest of us had all we needed in terms of space and amenities! The location is also extremely convenient being directly across the stress from Whole Foods and foot steps away from several different restaurants. Highly recommend!

A few of my siblings and I wanted to get away for a couple of days and came upon this cabin. It was beautiful, the cabin was just as advertised. Clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed. We didn't have to go into town for anything. Caroline was super helpful and even made sure the fire nearby that was going on before our stay wasn't going to affect us. We definitely want to come back and make this cabin an annual siblings trip spot.

Everything was perfect for our 6 person stay! The house was easy to find and was spacious, yet cozy and comfortable. Location was near all the popular hiking spots and restaurants. Diane was very responsive and even greeted us after we checked in. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone thinking about visiting Sedona.

Wonderful and quiet place to stay! Highly recommend. It has everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The pool is perfect during the summer months. Beds are super comfortable. It is a very bright house; sunlight comes in most of the day. Bring eye covers if you plan on sleeping in or wake up with the beautiful sunrise!

I was shocked to discover the full 10 acres was part of the deal! Pleasant surprise and a great weekend in a cozy place. I would definitely go back!

My husband and I stayed here two nights over NYE. I booked it solely for the sunrise coffee views and hot tub to star gazing in the evening. The host had coffee and filters available in the space along with full size shampoo, conditioners and body wash. The kitchenette was perfect for a two night stay since we hiked and just ate while we were out exploring Sedona. As other reviews stated, the main house is adjoined and is right at the pool deck but we did not see anyone else while we were there. The main house living room lights did shine outside and what I would say was the biggest bummer as I personally wanted the outdoor area to be light free to watch the stars from the hot tub. I did relay to the host that blackout curtains for the main house would be nice so maybe they’ll get those put in one day. Otherwise it was exactly what we rented it for! I would go back, great place.

This was the best Air BNB experience I have had. The description was spot on and the amenities were beyond what was described. Th vistas were stunning at all times of the day and night. The location was quiet and private but within 10 minutes of grocery store, etc. It was a comfortable 30 minute drive into Sedona. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless and very comfortable. There were no complicated check-in or check-out instructions. Everything was very simple and straightforward. Nothing was broken as is so often the case. We would love to return sometime for a little longer stay as there is so much to see and do in the area!

Great small place ideal for us! Quick in and out for a few days in Sedona. Missing something to clean the dishes with and only one day for the coffee. The office on check out had a great display of Native American jewelry and pottery. Well worth the stay!

Russell’s place was great and an affordable option in Sedona. He was very flexible and responsive with communication, which was appreciated. Walking distance to a little playground and park which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!
