Kates place was the oerfect size for my family. It was just as described and 30 mins from Snowbowl which was perfect for us. We did have an issue but contacted Kate and everything was fixed within 24 hours, which is great because it was the holidays! There was plent of space for 7 of us and it didn't feel crowded at all. We prepared food in the kitchen whoch had all we needed. Many restuarants were a 10 - 12 minute drive so that was great too. I would recommend this place if you need to be near downtown Flagstaff or if you are on a ski trip to Snowbowl.

Great place to stay. Beautiful red rocks seen in the front and very convenient location to visit places in and around Sedona.

I had a wonderful time staying at MJ’s place. They were very accommodating to our needs. They were responsive. It was very clean, and there were a lot of personal touches that went a long way - you could tell they cared about their guests. If I am ever in the area again, I will be choosing their place. A great stay!!

We loved staying at Stephany’s home! It’s so bright and cheerful, close to everything, and so completely relaxing! We would love to come stay again!

Everything about our stay at Hilary's was perfect and exactly as described in the listing. The house and outdoor areas are beautiful and very comfortable. Hilary was very responsive and accommodating of our German Shepherd dog and our request for an extra guest who arrived last minute for our son's wedding. Our stay was short, so we didn't get a chance to use the kitchen to its full potential as we normally do when we travel but, it is so well stocked that we know that we would not have needed anything extra for a longer stay. It's very peaceful and relaxing here. We highly recommend it!

This is my third stay here. Always a good experience. So close to hiking, shopping and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. Will be my first choice next time I travel to Sedona.

Pam’s apartment was exactly the kind of place my partner and I needed for a Valentine’s Day getaway in Cottonwood - a cozy, clean home base in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful, serene Cottonwood desert view right from the porch. Close to wonderful restaurants, hikes, and old town Cottonwood, this one checked all the boxes. Oh and the bed and curtains helped me sleep in more than I have in ages lol. Pam is a great communicator and host. 10/10 would stay again. Thank you!!

My husband and I took our 9 month old on a long road trip and stayed here for one night while visiting Sedona! Was such a great time thank you. Was easy to get to, nice hosts, and clean!

The unit was clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony are even better in person! 10 minute drive from uptown and the popular hikes. Would stay again.

Claudine's place was a great find in the downtown Sedona area! The space was the perfect size and had all the amentities that we needed. We appreciated being in a neighborhood that was quiet, yet very walkable. We're hoping to come back again so we can take better advantage of the outdoor spaces when it isn't so cool at night!! Would highly recommend.

Our stay was cozy and warm. The coffee in the morning was a hit, and the walks along the trails and among the trees were so appreciated! Everything was very clean, and Mailynn was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We’ll be back!

Sheena’s condo was the perfect base for a long weekend of hiking in Sedona and GCNP. The location was perfect for us, away from the congestion and easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The condo is very clean, comfortable and well-stocked, and Sheela is a terrific host.

Matt's place was in a great location for hiking, grocery store, coffee shops and peace and quiet. We love the hot tub after our daily adventures. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and a nice patio.

Laura Lee's place was perfect for a writing weekend. It had everything we needed for work, including coffee and tea (thank you, I forgot to bring some), close to places to walk, and beautiful views when you needed to take a break. I highly recommend it!

Very good location, very clean, well maintained and organized the condo. The folder with indications is very useful and very well explained. We enjoyed the time to be as a family at night during dinner. We would come back without hesitation.
