The cottage is located in one of the most beautiful villages of the wine route, 10 minutes from Colmar, in the historic center of Kaysersberg. Reservations are possible for a few days, 1 week, 1 month, ... The rate is from 2 nights minimum: parking available on the outskirts of the cottage. Discover the charm of a duplex apartment, completely renovated. With a balcony overlooking the castle. The apartment of 100 m2, very bright is located on the THIRD FLOOR of the house, WITHOUT ELEVATOR Capacity six people. Equipped kitchen: Hob, oven and microwave – hood - coffee maker, refrigerator, raclette machine, electric barbecue,pierrade, dishwasher, electric orange press. Bathroom: walk-in shower, hair dryer. Laundry: washing machine, dryer, laundry rack. Desk corner Bedroom 1: double bed 160 cm Bedroom 2: double bed 160cm Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 80cm possibility to stick them to make a 160cm double bed. Living room: sofa, 3 armchairs, large TV, DVD player, board games. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A deposit check will be requested and returned to you upon departure if no damage or breakage. If you wish we can provide you with an umbrella bed and a high chair. The owners will warmly welcome you in their comfortable and neat spacious cottage, offering you all the guarantees of a pleasant stay. Starting from numerous hiking trails, 15 km from the Lac Blanc ski slopes and the Vosges ridges, close to Colmar, Strasbourg and the typical Alsatian villages, Kaysersberg is also very famous for its authentic Christmas Market, which begins the last week of November. Welcome in our little paradise for families with bb, children and couples! On the ground floor a large living room, with a fully equipped kitchen & lounge area with wood burning stove.... On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms: 2 offer beds of 160 and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. The absolute must: the double terrace! with BBQ, ping pong table & deckchairs for everyone! The village is a "end of the world" with absolute calm, air, air and walks or mountain biking, swimming pool, lakes, summer tobogganing, inclined plan...

Ideally located for visiting Alsace: the wine route (Kaysersberg village preferred by the French in 2017 is 3 km away, Colmar is 5 km away), Vosges walks with its many lakes, Christmas markets, skiing (white lake resort 25 minutes away, schnepf 40 minutes away) , golf (18 holes 5 minutes away)... The accommodation features a double bed, two single beds as well as a fifth bed in the form of a trundle bed.
