We were very pleased with the place. ● Flexible check-in ● Accommodation was easy to find ● Spacious parking on the premises ● We immediately felt at home ● The kitchen was superbly equipped ● Even a crib was on site ● The beds were very comfortable Of course, we were also very lucky during our stay and had a bright blue sky every day. So all in all a very nice vacation.

A very educated and common sense host! Always respond very fast to any requirement ! The apartment was very clean and with everything needed equipped ! Definitely recommend!

We had a very nice time at Lake Ammersee! Particularly noteworthy is the very friendly and warm nature of the hosts (Marion and Andreas). We got lots of recommendations for excursions and restaurants. The location is very good and you have a good starting point for running / hiking or by bike as well as for excursions to the region.

A great place to stay, you feel right at home. Mike is a great person and host. He gave us a friendly welcome and we felt very comfortable right away. The place is superbly decorated. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay and if there were any questions Mike answered them directly. We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to explore Munich and its surroundings. We were on site as a family for the first time. The surroundings are beautiful, you can experience many things. The yard is nicely secluded from the place, making it a special tranquility. The lake is within walking distance. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome. The highlight was of course the short ride of our little daughter, which made the holiday perfect. We will definitely be back...

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was really beautiful. Check-in was uncomplicated, the accommodation itself very cozy and the location relatively central for city trips (such as Fürstenfeldbruck, Augsburg and Munich). Katharina was a great host and always easily accessible. Glad to come back!

Werner is a wonderful host. He and his wife were responsive and friendly, and they went above and beyond to help us find the places and things that we needed. The space has everything that you need, it's comfy, and well presented. The price is a bargain for what's provided. I would not hesitate to recommend Werner's studio apartment.
