Very accommodating host, in an up and coming part of Orlando. Easy uber or about a mile walk to downtown restaurants and bars.

Regina was an amazing hostess, including giving us homemade chicken salad. The unit was exactly as described. The location was great and easy to get to the many activities in the area. We would highly recommend staying here.

A peaceful place with a beautiful view of the pastures and cozy, clean accommodations. Host was very responsive and kind. We hope to return soon and “Stay A While” - longer.

Super peaceful stay, Fay was an awesome host, super friendly and easy to get in touch with. Upon arrival everything was super clean and made you feel at home. I would gladly stay again, it was worth every penny.

I would say that if your priority is a prime location within a 3 to 5 minute walk to the downtown then this place is for you. It’s a little tight on space if you’re planning on spending much time in the unit. And I would have to say at 6 foot 2 I had to keep from banging my head on the light fixtures and going down the steep staircase. It was clean with plenty of towels and good AC.

Very comfortable two bedroom apartment. Mary was a fabulous host. She provided everything we could possibly need and more. She definitely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The apartment is beautifully decorated, and is a very short walk to cute restaurants and shops to the south. The building looks a little worn from the outside, but don’t let that deter you. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe, and the apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortable.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured—if not better. We had such a peaceful and wonderful stay at Kate and John's Airbnb! The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Kate and John were incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting us at check-in and making sure we had everything we needed. Their sweet dog, Spike, was a delightful bonus! The space was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the bed was super comfortable. Evenings spent in the hot tub were the perfect way to unwind. Kate and John also provided great recommendations for local grocery stores and beautiful parks for walking, which made our stay even better. Overall, this was an incredible stay, and we would absolutely come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway!

We came to Gainesville for a Florida football game. Amy’s place was conveniently located near campus and a quiet, cozy retreat before and after the big game. The condo was well stocked and peaceful. Amy was very communicative and very thoughtful making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Great stay! Would stay again!

We were so fortunate to find this place when we planned to visit family in Gainesville. This condo checked all the boxes: extremely clean, well-stocked kitchen with a Ninja coffeemaker, comfortable bed with super soft linens, a computer desk, all the amenities you could want or need, including access to a garage. The gated neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and offers a nice place to take a walk or enjoy the screened-in porch. There’s also a tennis and basketball court. It was very easy to check in and out, and any questions were answered quickly throughout our stay. The condo is close to many restaurants and grocery stores, and convenient to U of F and downtown Gainesville. We look forward to staying here again when in town.

We really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable accommodation and the use of pool was a real bonus with sun loungers and a hot tub! Even though it is on the university, it was mostly peaceful and quiet with pleasant garden surroundings. Jennifer was an excellent host who made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend.
