Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ocala

Peaceful location with no light pollution. Plenty of space for a large family and we loved the boat. Outside area was amazing and the pictures matched the actual location. The price was good and we will definitely use the location for future get togethers.

The place is very cozy and the property is beautiful. It was definitely a well needed escape from the city life. I enjoyed the peace and serenity

I loved the place, it is the perfect house to disconnect , the cold weather accompanied us on the campfire , the lake that can be accessed behind is beautiful , there are restaurants , markets and an entertainment center nearby , I loved this house and La Paz that made me feel

What a fun and flexible space. The four separate bedrooms made it so we could comfortably get together with relatives and have fun together in common spaces and then also have privacy while sleeping

Great place to stay, especially if you’re in town for an event at UF. We came in town for the LSU Florida game and it was super convenient for a game day weekend. Just a short uber ride into the stadium. Lots of restaurants around as well. The home was spacious and would easily accommodate a good size group. The hosts were even so nice as to bring us a bottle of wine before our late arrival. We would definitely stay again!

The place is secluded and very beautiful! The inside is spacious and plenty of room! We enjoyed the theme rooms! The hottub was amazing and worked perfectly. After walking the property dipping into the pool was a much needed relief! It is literally close to everything, 30 minutes tops but really less. Walmart, restaurants, swimming with manatees is 6 minutes away! Along with plenty of other parks or watering holes! It is a decently stocked kitchen as far as dishes and cookware! Maria was absolutely amazing, she was very flexible and responded quickly. Definitely would visit again!

The amenities at Matt’s really standout. The pier through the wetlands down to the dock on the lake are fantastic. If it hadn’t been so cold (January) we would have loved to take the kayaks out. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind and relax on a chilly night. One of my favorite things about Matt’s is that it’s uniquely decorated and looks like a real home and not some cookie cutter “managed property” that’s just millennial grey and minimal decor. I love the local maps on the walls and the accents that made it feel very local and homey. On that note, while we loved the beautiful wind chimes, we did have a hard time at night falling asleep since it was so windy and the chimes are quite loud, so if you’re a sensitive sleeper bring some ear plugs. That said, the chimes were a really nice touch throughout the day because it was so unique and added to the ambiance. Also, Matt was super attentive and provided so much info upfront that was helpful.

Great location simple historic cozy accommodation

Cathy and Dale very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the dock and the peaceful setting.

This place was a gem of a find. I particularly enjoyed having my morning coffee and seeing the horses. I even got to be the 1st person to see a newborn foal which was very special. The area is peaceful yet close enough to Ocala and restaurants. During my stay there was an issue with the electricity on a separate part of the property that did not affect the AirBnB. Darcy went out of her way to ensure everything was ok in the unit and that I was comfortable...something I appreciated very much. I will definitely stay again.

Spacious place in a great location of Tavares, with easy access to walking paths along the lake and restaurants. We loved the layout of the unit, with ample space and storage for our one week stay. We are visiting Florida for a couple months and this was our favorite AirBnB stay so far.

Super convenient location. Walkable to historic downtown and super close to Three Sisters, the bike trail, Hunter Springs. The place was comfortable and cozy.

Larinas place was absolutely excellent it was very clean and felt like a safe space while we were there dealing with our sick kitten at Uf animal hospital and larina herself is an absolutely amazing person we wind out leaving the night before our checkout morning because sadly our kitten did not make it we let larina know and we didn’t even ask for it and she refunded part of our money for the trip just out of the kindness of her heart we will never forget how kind and accommodating larina was and her place was absolutely amazing
