Indulge in some serious relaxation in this stylish, well appointed lakeside home. Enjoy the all day sun and lake views from the balcony and cook up a storm for friends and family in the designer kitchen. Leave you car in the driveway, you won't need it here. With a 1 minute walk to the lake, a 1 minute walk to the local shops and a ten minute stroll to the 2 mile bay boatramp and sailing club you are in the perfect location. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in a gated private community. Excellent view of the lake , peaceful location with rural outlook. Home away from home with all the amenities with a kitchenette. The house is suitable for families , couples or friends. There are stairs to climb and there is no safety gate for little kids. For elderly people there is a lift to be used on request. Homely, inviting 2-bedroom place, spacious living area and covered outdoor area with views to die for.
