The house was beautiful and clean. Brooke was quick to respond with any questions or issues we had. She even ordered an electric griddle for us so we didn't have to bring one. One of the bedrooms listed had two twins instead of a king and the beds weren't the best. Additonally, there was only 1 shower (second bathroom had a tub) however we made do and still had a wonderful time :)

Ian’s home is beautiful and the surrounding terrain is surreal. My group had a wonderful time staying on the property and the if an opportunity arises to visit again, we’ll most certainly come back.

The perfect peaceful getaway! It was great to drive the 30 min to Nashville and then come back to the quiet house. Beautiful views from the deck, the most comfortable bed and cool music memorabilia all around! We can’t wait to come back!

We really did enjoy our stay here. It was tucked away and peaceful. The hot tub was amazing, we cooked over an open fire, we rented atvs and rode trails. My only downfall is it had a small sign we missed and it took us very long to find the entrance. When it rained it did come through the front (these were some heavy storms). The privacy was as private as it get these days. But the price with everything else costing day passes or extra money started to get steep by the end of our stay. But I will say the property owner was super polite and really tried everything to make our stay better which is all I could really ask for.

Another great holiday stay for our family. Such an accommodating space and host. Hopefully we will return again next year!

Siva’s place was amazing! It was the most well stocked AirBNB that I have stayed in, especially the kitchen. It was thoughtfully decorated and had nice touches throughout. The kids loved the movie theater and game room! It’s peaceful and quiet, but also a quick drive to stores which was nice. NicolWe can’t wait to hopefully stay again!

Perfect getaway for a family vacation! We had a great time just enjoying each others company by the fire and ventured to the ski resort easily. Such great memories created for a 50th birthday celebration!

This location is truly a sanctuary in the woods. It is off the beaten path but right near town that makes it a perfect location for a get away. The deck is large and offers a quiet place to enjoy morning coffee or star gazing at night. The fireplace is perfectly situated in the living room and offers a great warmth and ambiance. You feel at home even with the amount of beds and separate rooms. The kitchen is small but fully functional and they had almost everything you needed on hand (we went out and got ground coffee). The focal point is the living room with a large and comfy couch. All the bedrooms are unique and offer different styles (lofted, traditional, and dual loft). The place was clean and the bedding was extremely comfortable. Many great things to say here, a standout in Athens.

Perfect place for a weekend stay right outside of VT. Only about a 10 minute ride to get to the campus, and a perfect spot to be a bit away from everyone else. Exactly what a group of alumni wanted!

We had a large family group and this place was just what we required. Took a little creative thinking to get all our vehicles into the parking area, otherwise there was more than enough room for everyone. It rained a bit during our stay and the variety of amusements in the lower level proved to be a perfect diversion for some of our younger members. The lack of air conditioning on a hot & humid arrival day was a minor drawback, but after making that known our host quickly provided some additional fans. We had some hiking trails nearby with plenty of shopping and eating places within a reasonably short driving distance. Staff was very responsive to each and every need for assistance. An added treat was the abundance of deer wandering around during our stay. We did not see any real bears.

Amazing location! This chalet is perfectly situated right at the bottom of a blue run, quickly becoming our favorite spot to start our ski days. Beyond skiing convenience, the porch was fantastic for relaxing and enjoying the entertainment provided by skiers—whether pulling off impressive tricks or wiping out spectacularly, both equally fun to watch! The host was outstanding—proactive, highly communicative, and incredibly responsive. The chalet itself comfortably accommodated our family of four (two adults and two kids) and was filled with thoughtful touches: a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of charging outlets, and even sleds in the basement, which the kids absolutely loved. Having seen other rental options nearby, I can confidently say this spot is unmatched for ski-in/out convenience and slope-side entertainment. As an added bonus, we even spotted a bear strolling the slopes! Don't hesitate to book this place—you won’t regret it!

We chose this house while visiting family for Thanksgiving. We chose the house because it had a beautiful dining table that would accommodate our family. Ok, the views may have also been a reason. WOW. Every window provided stunning scenery. The house is ISOLATED! I mean, I never knew we could find such peace. Only one of the bedrooms provided a TV which the kids were upset about. They had a TV right outside their bedroom but said they would have love one in the room. The lower level is cold, we depended on the fireplace to heat which it did perfectly. I am looking into coming back in the summer! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Bathrooms stocked. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful place for relaxation and time with family. The hot tub and sauna made it feel like a spa. The lake was beautiful and peaceful. Very comfortable home with areas to relax and watch the view. Nicely decorated. Beautiful view of the sunset from the dock. Lots of things to do in the basement to keep everyone entertained. Spacious kitchen for cooking meals.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home with incedible view over the holiday week. The beds were comfy, kitchen was big with everything we needed, hot tub, massage chair and firepit were relaxing. Thank you for your hospitality!

This cabin was very spacious. Perfect for groups, we had our family of 5 there and only used two of the 5 bedrooms. The area is beautiful and there was plenty to do outside including the hot tub, swings, grill, and walking trail. I would definitely recommend this chalet.

So impressed with the location and the host. Rob was so friendly and responsive and the house is in incredible condition (I have never seen a better kitchen in an Airbnb rental!) and perfect for large groups. We are so glad we chose this place and would love to come back!

Teri’s house was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable and private. The house had everything we needed for a memorable family Thanksgiving. Teri was extremely responsive and helpful and was, all in all, a terrific host.
