Hello, The apartment is new (June 2020). Amenities are within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, train station, beach shuttle..) It is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso, oven, TV) and neat ;-) I provide linens (sheets, towels,...) It has a covered and secure parking, a 2 wheel room and a 10m2 terrace with dining area. WIFI available. It is 2.5 km from the beach (free parking or bike path in front of the residence).
