Susanne is really amazing, a pleasure to stay in the apartment. The apartment has everything from a coffee machine to an iron. Everything is clean, tidy and comfortable. The apartment is on a normal floor and not in the basement as seen in the picture. The area is green and the forest is lovely. It's easy to get to Stuttgart from here. We enjoyed it very much and we recommend it.

The stay was during Christmas and New Year; Christian and his family went above and beyond as hosts, were very kind and helpful, and spoke German and English. I recommend places to visit during your stay; public transport is perfect for supermarket shopping and surrounding areas of interest. A thermal spa is nearby, and there are excellent local hiking trails. This Air BnB has all the modern conveniences: a lounge, sofa, TV area, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and bedroom. The place has extra beds if need be. Suppose you're after a quiet place with stunning natural beauty and cave systems with boutique shops and restaurants. I recommend it 100 %, and you will enjoy your stay. There is parking if you come by car or bike. Five Star Rating.

A very cozy little apartment. Everything is there for a pleasant stay and also as described and in the photos. Very quiet area and yet not far to the center. Ute is a very nice and friendly woman, She explained everything to me as it was my first booking through airbnb. If I come to Kirchheim again, I will definitely ask again. And last but not least. I booked Rini's apartment for a colleague on business. Check-in went smoothly. It would only have been nice if the apartment had been a little preheated, as it is a bit cool in the basement around this time of year. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Everything was nice and clean and tidy and also the communication with Rini was impeccable. I would be happy to book again when we are around.

That everything was very clean and thoughtful. They welcomed me with chocolates and a bottle of wine. Possibly because I was celebrating my birthday at their FerienWohnung. Alcoholic beverages stocked in fridge that are available to the guest. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Any time again!

Birgit is a great owner that we had the honour to meet. We communicated in a great way from the moment we made the reservation till we left the apartment. She is a very kind, welcoming and helpful person. She made us feel like home and she always offered help. She even offered usher bike in case of willing to go for a ride in the park. Moreover, Birgit's apartment is a gorgeous one,placed in a very quiet place. Staying in her apartament was like staying at home. Extremely clean, creatively decorated, fully equipped with everything you need. Absolutely perfect! I strongly recommend her and the apartment when going to Geislingen! You won't regret it! A very cozy, large and at the same time cozy place! We were there with 2 small children and all felt very comfortable. Big highlights: The hot tub, water bed, and gorgeous covered terrace! Gerhard and his wife were super nice, we felt like with friends. We will be happy to come back!

Ideal location in a peaceful area in Stuttgart.

We had a lovely stay at the place. It is accessible only by car, but it was no problem to park in the yard. Everything was neat and clean. The possibility to use the sauna was just great for us in the evening and everything worked very well. The bathrooms and other rooms were very clean. Great was the free way to use bikes, grill and sit outside. The yard was very quiet and it was very relaxed. Marion responded very quickly to inquiries and helped us out.

It was an absolutely successful getaway. We enjoyed the break from everyday life in this wonderful apartment, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We enjoyed it very much.

Wonderful idea to offer a place like this! Clean, modern and cozy. Angelika was a very nice landlady, always available. The small wellness oasis in the middle of the city is recommended.
